" It changed ? " asked Hook to Emma. They were walking on the beach, near the docks, hand in hand.
" Yeah. After the person, well... crushed your heart... " she paused. She did not really like to think about it, but since it was the third time she had a similar nightmare, they were a little concerned. " This time I've been able to move, and you too. You just... fell, I ran to you, but you were gone and there was nothing I could do. Nothing... Then I woke up "
Killian brought her closer and passed his arm around her shoulder.
" Don't worry about it, okay ? They're just nightmares, not reality " reassured Hook. Emma shook her head and they kept walking.
" I've started looking for appartments " said Emma, changing the subject.
" You're tired of your parents ? " joked Killian.
" No, it's just that well... first my brother keeps waking us at night and second, I do love my parents but I'm old enough to take care of myself. I always did. I want to live with Henry, like in New York. We had a great life together and here in Storybrooke with the rest of my family, well it sounds like a really great plan ! " explained Emma.
" It does " answered Hook, just a little decieved that she hadn't mentionned him. At the same time, they weren't together since very long and they both had to face to plenty of situations before they could concentrate on their feelings. All of this love story was new to them.
" I also though about someone else. I mean, Henry, me... there's still missing something " finally said Emma.
She stopped walking and faced Killian, looking at him in the eyes.
" I thought the perfect plan would be Henry, me and... you " she confessed.
Killian smiled and quickly kissed her.
" You're right, the perfect plan " he said. " Have you talked about it to Henry ? "
" Not yet, but I think he would like it. Before we had our trip in... time, he had checked for appartments. He really liked that idea of me and him. And I don't think you'd be a problem. It looks like you're gaining his trust easily " explained Emma.
They arrived at the docks and stopped there. Hook looked at the sea for a while and Emma looked at him.
" Do you miss sailing ? " she asked.
" I do. I know I can't do it here. We can't draw a townline in the water and we don't know how far it goes until we get out of the town. But I just miss the feeling of sailing, the wind, the waves. I've been doing this all my life " confessed Killian.
" It looks fun, well unless you're in a big storm, like before we got to Neverland " said Emma.
" That was a bad example of what it is. I'll need to make you try when we'll be able to " proposed Hook.
" It would be lovely " she answered.
" I'm sure you'll like it "
" Don't worry about that "
