They all walked out of the hall to the junior's dorm as fast as their legs could carry them still maintaining the rule of No running to find out who it was that was kidnapped.

On their way Lan Zhan met a frantic Wei Ying he looked dishelved from running and clearly disturbed.

Wei Ying haven been told that a junior was kidnapped by the very same man that came to taunt him didn't care about any rules some one's life was in danger dammit so he told him self...

"Fuck the rules" and began running as fast as his legs could carry him.

He met Lan Zhan along the way and immediately started talking disregarding Lan QiRen or Lan Xichen it appears he didn't even notice them.

"Lan Zhan the person that kidnap the junior came to see me at the jingshi He he.... he", he was trying to catch his breath to finish while Lan Zhan was holding his shoulders attentively listening when Lan QiRen who saw that Wei Ying broke the rule of no running and didn't greet him adding to his crimes he had on him already, cut his conversion short

"You broke the rule of no running Wei WuXian" he said in a stern tone his facial expressions of disappointment and worry.

"Master Lan , ZeWu-Jun greetings" Wei Ying lowered his back and joined his hands together in a bow, "am sorry but I heard a junior was kidnapped, the attacker came to me and I was worried forgive me for not thinking of the rules when some one's or many people's lives are clearly in danger Master Lan" Wei Wuxian said And was breathing hard he tone conveying his sacarsm yet trying to be polite.

He thought how could this old man be talking about rules when one of your own has been kidnapped he couldn't understand the man's obsession with keeping the rules when people where in danger.

Lan QiRen's expressions slowly shifted from worry to anger he was scrunching his eye brows his face turning into a frown,he was trying his best to ignore the double meaning behind Wei Wuxian's statement, he will deal with him later for now he decided to focus on the problem and with that thoughts his frown disappeared and his face holding a calm and worry demeanor once again.

"Tell us about the attack later let hurry to where the junior was kidnapped"

Wei Wuxian notice the change in Lan QiRen's demeanor which had gone from anger to worry he only hoped he conveyed his sacarsm even though the other man didn't seem to react to it.

Together the four of them arrived at the junior's dorm along with some other senior disciple including lan Yi .

On arriving the Wei Ying could see that the juniors were asleep , A'yuan was on his bed meditating and no one seem to notice jingyi's absence. He then turned to ask the senior disciple how he knew the was a junior disciple missing

The senior disciple who was Lan Yi's friend was visible shaking he was muttering incoherent words so Lan Yi spoke on behalf of him

"Wei Wuxian Lan Fen" his full name fenhua meaning Youth ful and energetic
"Went to check on the disciples and wanted to make sure everyone was ready for bed at 9pm when he noticed a disciple was missing it was Lan Jingyi" Lan Yi's facial expressions were that of pain he was deeply concerned.

Wei Wuxian's heart broke on hearing the name Jingyi oh noo he exclaimed in his heart he couldn't trust the boy to take care of him self when he was afraid of the unimportant things like ghosts who knows what captured him and how his reacting to it lan Yi's voice shook him out of his thoughts .

"The strange things" was he continued his voice shaky "when he asked around for lan jingyi know one knew all the disciples were saying he went to bed even sizhui was saying Lan Jingyi was asleep but when Lan Fen checked Jingyi's bed the was no one the but every one kept repeating the same thing that he was asleep and it looked like they believed it strongly , it was like they could see him and Lan Fen couldn't."
