After his insolent brother walked out on him, he gave the orders to Jiang Peng to double the efforts as they had to be ready before tomorrow morning making the Yunmeng disciples work double time till late in the night.

The Lan disciples weren't looking that enthusiastic either especially Sizhui one would have thought that Jingyi would be reluctant as he was the most playful among them all but it was a shock as Sizhui himself thought of how much he would miss Yunmeng.

All the time he looked at Jingyi, Jingyi was quietly arranging his things looking at Haoyu from time to time.

Jiang Cheng waited outside for his elder brother but he didn't return. He didn't know if this was him being dramatic or if the was something really wrong.

He didn't know when he walked to his room and dropped on the bed and slept off.

The next morning Yunmeng was busier than ever as the disciples ran every where trying to arrange for the travels some where to fly by the sword while some where using a carriage to carry the supplies they will take to Gusu.

Jiang Cheng had gone to his brother's room still he didn't see him had he returned last night or not.

One question was he going to carry his brother on his sword or use a horse instead.

Well now was the time he wished Hanguang-Jun was here this option would have fitted better with his brother's husband.

Yet maybe it was for the better that Lan Wangji wasn't here he was sure he was the reason his brother was in a foul mood.

He called Jiang Peng and asked if every thing was prepared.

The aspiring head disciple bowed down and answered with confidence that everything was set.

Now the only missing person was Wei Wuxian.

The junior disciples had looked around for Master Wei and hadn't seen him so Jingyi prompted Sizhui to go ask the Yunmeng sect leader about his brother.

So with slow and nervous steps Sizhui asked in a timid voice where Wei Wuxian was and Jiang Cheng replied that he didn't know but he would be back or they would just leave him.

Jingyi snorted typical of the Yunmeng leader to say that yet he knew it carried no weight they won't leave Lotus Pier till Master Wei comes.

He really needed him to come he hadn't had a chance yet to discuss Haoyu with him and time was running out.

He looked at the Yunmeng sect leader something was definitely going through his mind with the way he squeezed Zidan on his fingers and the way he furrowed his eye brows had something happened to Master Wei perhaps.

He hoped not all he could do now was wait.

Wen Ning had already travelled back to Gusu staying in the mountains where he lived

It was almost getting to seven he actually woken his whole clan up so early just so they could prepare he loved to sleep and hated that he would have to wake up by 5 ones he start staying in gusu for the conference.

He had informed ZeWu-Jun that they would be a week earlier so he expected him and his stone face brother to welcome them.

When it was past seven he considered going to find his brother when he heard his laughter from distance
