🗒; ꒱  the fuck? y'all still giving me views on this degenerate book 💀?? my ass literally had 30 notifications when i logged on. i thought it was hidden in the depths of goldric and lumity books, yet y'all managed to find this. congrats........? at least some of y'all enjoyed some of the chapters.

i've moved from saturn to another floating object (translation: ive moved from another acc), yet i guess its never a bad time to visit here. so i got this chapter from a draft and turned it into a completed oneshot. for, well, experimental purposes. ive had to changed a few things in the original chapter but other than that, most of the written words in the oneshot is new.

ive also moved from the owl house (more-so like i moved on from the fandom to a small extent,, i still like TOH tho), and im more focused on other things that some of y'all viewers are familiar with. if y'all ever find my other acc..... then hi :). if not, you might find my AO3 acc. if not, you might see me somewhere else

they sighed through their nose; gentle air expressed deep inner thought. though, he simply dismissed their exhalation, and continued reading the book below him with a slight twitch present in his ear.

their body was still; teeth harshly pressed together and their face grew tired from the subconscious tension in their frozen expression. the colors of their eyes suddenly captured hunter's fair skin once their irises shifted to their right. the view focused on his cheek - giving their mind a wonder about what he'd look like with a scar on that side of his face.

steady breaths continued; flowing through their nose. gentle fighting among their fingers that laid on their lap went on, whilst the sudden flicker of their irises appeared to focus on his jawline. its ever so defined, elegantly shaped to fit his beauty that he presented effortlessly.

as they swallowed, their eyes squinted; when an urge drove them to focus on his irises. they watched his concentrated irises positioned for the reddish-pink hues of magenta to gather the ivory piece of paper. heart beats quickened into pounds that slowly became intense when time waved into the ocean of emptiness.

though suddenly, they didn't expect to hold their breath at the next sight their brain decided to yearn for.

if their efforts to hide a sharp breath by manipulating it to come out as a simple sigh was pointless, they'd purposely make their nails pierce for the small bits of skin to be coated in their blood. but, they think that they'll accidently do that themselves anyway if they continue to admire the boy's lips that were smooth at the looks, and probably smooth at the touch.

"pay attention, y/n."

a low gasp slipped out, creating a chuckle to be heard from his lips. the glint of his eyes shimmered; satasification showed through his glare. while they continued to watch his eyes lower from amusement, the shame became overwhelming; and in sync, his mocking nature became overbearing.

"you know, y/n," he started out on a whim, leading onto his next words. their eyes went up to his, silently patient in a state of unease. his irises lowered to their frowning lips, and a subconscious twitch to the side of his lips was present. "you're not the smartest person i've met. you have your moments, that wasn't one of them."

despite his voice transitioning into a lower volume, the turn of casualty to sly caused fluster to be expressed through their eyes that narrowed. though, a small hint of interest spiked up once the realization of frustration gave entertainment he appreciated.

"you're not the greatest teacher, either..." their bark came out in a weak tone, yet the tone of annoyance was strong. their mumbles softened hunter's expression-- and his pride.

silently, he thought to himself. gentle winds flowed out as a sympathetic sigh. the care and concern was evident, and was seen enough for the other figure's body to relax. a calm silence filled the atmosphere; serenity motivated their irises to soften along with the peaceful warmth in his eyes.

his voice appeared yet again. the immense sweetness coated them in heat whilst the butterflies fluttered and ached in their stomach, quickly reaching towards their heat beats. "if you want to earn it..." he halted, after he murmured.

their lips parted; eyes slowly widened from a hand being guided towards their chin. his hands' gentle touch gave a tremble to their hands, and so he finally adjusted their head for eyes to meet.

every second they blinked, they felt themself float into the clouds. every second into the clouds flew them into heaven; a heaven so glorious yet somehow the devils were tempting. his eyes shone yet the darkness never left him; it slowly suffocated them in the state of yearning.

between heaven and hell they drowned; yet they didn't know he drowned with them.

"you're going to have to pay attention."

his fingers left their chin; giving them yearn for the touch that left. silently, hunter turned his head away to view the words on the paper. they tilted their head lower to view the book on the floor. as the quietness went on, a soft breath left their lips, whilst their hands balled into loose fists.

while desperation swirling within them didn't dare leave; it ached and its strength added onto the longing they felt. subconscious expression of yearning showed with a light smile which formed within their expression. though a sudden touch discarded the soft smile painted on their face; a gasp low in volume was heard as their irises flickered onto their lap.

i'll pay attention.

the thought appeared in an instant, once the view of his hand resting on their thigh was present. a sparkle in their eyes glowed in utter adoration; and so they yearned for him, as always. 

but anyway fun fact: this chapter was for a longfic of hunter x reader... and of course, i didnt complete the long fic-- but im sure by the title and oneshot, its easy to figure out what kind of longfic i was making
