"THIS is the end of our meeting. Thank you to all of you for being present," smiling Caleb thanked all those in top positions in the company. Caleb presented the new plan so he was in front of the Financial Analysts, Chief Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and others he needed to help him improve the scheme. "Thank you all for your hard work, because of all of you, the Sselle Bank has now sixty branches across the world."

The attendees in that meeting room applauded. They arose. "Let's keep up the good work." huling sinabi niya.

He was about to leave that meeting room when the Chief Executive Director spoke. "Sir, before you go, we have prepared something."

Nagtatakang muling humarap si Caleb sa mga butihing katrabaho. Gano'n na lang ang tuwa niya nang makita na may Lucien Albrecht Cremant d'Alsace Brut sa lamesa. Suddenly, champagne glasses appeared on the table as if they had been prepared.

"Please, open the champagne, sir." nagagalak na wika ng Financial Analysts.

Ngumiti si Caleb nang mas malawak. Mababait ang mga employees niya ngunit hindi niya inaasahan na may surprise sila na ganitong klase ng champagne. Gaya ng sabi ng Financial Analysts ay lumapit siya sa table at nanatiling nakatayo ang lahat na binuksan niya ang takip ng champagne bottle. May tunog iyong naidulot na nagpapalakpak sa lahat.

The champagne was once more laid on the table by Caleb. Ang Deputy Vice President ay ang nagkusang nagsalin sa mga champagne glasses at isa-isa nilang kinuha ang kani-kaniyang champagne glass, gayon din ang ginawa ni Caleb. Itinaas nila iyon. "Congratulations, sir! Congratulations to the Sselle Bank!" they all cheered enthusiastically.

Tumango si Caleb. "Congratulations to all of us. It's not just me who should be celebrating, but us. We made Sselle Bank the number one trusted bank in the Philippines." saad ni Caleb.

"Additional to congratulate, the new five branches in North America that have just opened this month." dugtong ng Chief Marketing Officer.

"Let's cheers to the success of Sselle Bank! More success to come!" inilapit ni Caleb ang glass sa kanila.

They toasted their glasses with his. "Cheers!" sabay-sabay na sigaw nila.

After that, they drank their respective champagne from each champagne glass.

Napangiti si Caleb sa lasa ng champagne. It was delicious as shit. Aaminin ni Caleb na nahahawa na siya kay Lady Gissele sa hilig sa pag-inom ng iba't ibang klase ng champagne.

After drinking his champagne, his phone in his pocket vibrated. It was a text. Dinukot niya ang cellphone mula sa bulsa at nabasa ang message ni Lady Gissele.

From: My lady.

'Are you at your meeting? I heard you successfully opened your new branches in North America. Come home early, I have a surprise gift.'

Napakagat ng labi si Caleb at ngumisi. What gift? Mukhang pinapaulanan siya ngayong araw ng surprise.

He immediately said goodbye to the members of the meeting, excited about the gift that Lady Gissele would give. "I need to go now. Thank you again, everyone!"
