D: instances of 460 events are to be monitored for, signs of it shall be reported and local law enforcement sent to prevent growth of 460 while agents arrive. 460 itself is a chalk drawing of a human with three eyes, a black overcoat, a cigarette between his fingers or lips, short blond hair, ripped pants, boots, and no sign of a shirt. 460 will appear in locations that have a high concentration of children.
460-Event
a 460 event is primarily depicted as a child finding 460(who will be hidden), at which the child will begin to claw out their eyes and throat. any children who help that help will suffer the same effect, any adults who try to help will {redacted}. this event will grow, unless infected subjects are put to sleep. after waking up, the infected subjects will suffer from visual hallucinations for the rest of their life's.
