D:474 is a 3foot by 2 foot landscape painting, resembling a sunny field with horses on it. Onlookers describe the scene as peaceful, and could say the horses are moving. Those who observe 474 for longer than five minutes will suffer from cardiac arrest leading to a heart attack, this can be prevented by medical staff.
