CP: 538 is contained in the A3 containment cell, located in Site-5's vivarium. No more than five (5) Level 4 personnel are to be permitted to interact with 538 in any way other than direct observation. 538 is to be fed daily and administered medication twice daily. 533 is to remain in this cell with access to the attached physical office and phone.
D: 538 is a 10 foot 4" × 8 foot wooden and hand-crafted ornament roughly carved in a pattern resembling a salamander. On the bottom is a label, "GTmanufactured".
No observed methodsof decoration or woodworking have been recorded with regard to 538.
