D:481 is a middle-aged man, who is able to bend and manipulate the area of his neighborhood. 481s abilities don't go beyond this boundary line, as far as we now. 481 is happily content with his empty neighborhood, which is full of life sized mannequins which will still live normal life's thank to 481. 481 claims this is, "his playground and toys"
