CP:431 is kept within a standard containment locker, outlifted with sound proofing devices. level 4 clearance is need to open it.
D:431 is a monkey with cymbals, which will trigger automatically when a person passes infront of it. those that hear the sound will become blind. this was discovered when a series of children becoming blind after getting it came to our attention.
