CP: Remnant instances are to be stored in standard file cabinets or in standard storage containers. Intruders must be taken to a secure location in order to be dealt with. Personnel are to report any instances of 551-B should they encounter them, and are not to be killed in the event that the unknown subject proves hostile.
Any soldiers taken by the unknown subject after first report of its presence are to be sent directly to Area 51 for debriefing. Interrogation is not to be attempted in any instance of 551-B.
D: 551 is a series of 13 identically preserved human corpses, with features that are commonly associated with cult members of the LaVeyan church. All subjects appear to have been killed during the late 1970s and have between 2 and 10 complete arm bones. Further details are unknown. All subjects bear close resemblance to Fred Phelps.
551 was discovered when it was incorporated into a wall that was initially thought to be a construction site. Archaeologists were subsequently dispatched to attempt to recover the individual, but upon arrival, found that 551 was still alive and alerted authorities.
551-A refers to instances of 551 with deformed upper torsos, varying degrees of fused neck bones and severely altered proportions. Each instance of 551-A will behave in a manner similar to its brother.
551-B refers toinstances of 551-B with deformed lower torsos, variable degrees of fused necksand extreme cases of other physical deformities. Each instance of 551-B willalso act identically to its sibling, and will typically chase and devour anyunfamiliar individual upon first encounter. There have been 20-30 cases of551-B, though the precise number is unknown due to the veracity of the deaths.
