"Fuck, where do you think you're putting your hands?" he asked irritably as soon as he woke up when he felt the thing on his chest on why he's having a hard time breathing.
Horace's arm was on top of his chest, caging him tightly on their sleep.
The two slept together since Horace has one bed only, and no one wants to sleep on the couch, so they had no choice but to sleep on bed together which they never did, unless they fuck.
Finn slept in a different house, either Sayyida's or Loverne.
"Fuck off." he whispered as he tossed Horace's arm using his tied hands, he was already irritable since last night since nothing happen to them, yes, he was expecting and he wants to do it too, he wants Horace to be tired and fall asleep so he can start to search for some things and to look for a route, but they just slept. And what made him even more pissed was he fell asleep earlier than Horatius, the man tied his hands too and put a cover on his eyes.
"Why are you hissing so much? Early in the morning." Horace stated in a groggy voice before pulling the cloth covering Ade's eyes, after that he started to untie the man's hands, "Come let's eat before going."
Ade obliged to Horace's commands silently, ignoring the man also, he was so annoyed, but he can't do anything about it he is weaponless. If he's one of my people and happens to irritate me, I'll kill him instantly.
"What's that?"
"A coat, to cover yourself, of course."
"And why?"
Horace didn't answer and started to dress him the cloth, "You're the ruthless emperor who killed hundreds of pirates, do you even know that there's a bounty on your head that gets bigger as we speak? It'll be a big problem if the pirate finds out that you're out, near their radar." I bet the news about me gone missing is already spread out though.
And it's not that he can be caught easily, nothing to worry about. The captain must be really underestimating him. His knee is completely fine now, no shackles also. He just needs a weapon and a plan.
The horse's stop near the tower where the crew members are waiting for their bosses. When he noticed that Horace was talking to someone, he revealed his hand from the coat and snatched the dagger from one of the crew members who walked past them. He immediately hid inside his coat and caressed it. This will do, but having my sword is better.
The kids and underage crews will not go with them, half of the crew will join and all of Horace's first mates will also join.
"Are you really sure, we're going to bring the imperial majesty with us?" a man with an eyepatch stated.
All of the crew members looked in their direction and fell silent, Ade tilted his head and looked at the man who spoke, the guy stared at him straight in the eyes then smirked afterwards, "Greetings! Your imperial majesty, I am Cross Calabran, the captain of the Ship of the Line. One of your men did this to me years ago, and I killed him using my own hands so... I hold no grudge at all." the guy spoke while pointing at his covered eye.
"Cut it." Horatius warned in a low tone, but someone interfered in the conversation once again.
"Well, Cross isn't wrong, Captain." said by the red-haired guy, Rusty Seadog of the Raging Sea.
"I will be accountable for him so no worries." Horace said in a calmer tone after sighing.
"Well, if that's Horace's decision we need to trust it. I'll be accountable also since it's our captain's decision." a kind looking middle-aged man butted in, Dex Totlem of the brigantine Dream Catcher.
"Count me in." a woman with an unusual eye stated and then followed by cheerful voices of two young men, "Us too!" the fraternal twins, Tides and Teddy Crimson of the battleships, Seven Storm and Golden Storm.
"Well... I'll go with the majority, Spike Lou of the Fallen Serpent is with you, your imperial majesty." a man near his age spoke and winked.
"Guess... that's settled then, Cross? Rusty?" a man said in a cool tone, Van Crawford of the Demon Sea.
The two guys who opposed earlier looked at each other before nodding their heads, unsure with the majority's decision.
So much commotion.
"Worry about yourselves instead of mine, people. Hand me my sword and I can take all of you down." he said in a sarcastic tone, annoyed and embarrassed that someone stood up for him. He sure is fine with it but not being stood up against criminals.
And the only person who laughed was Dex, the kind looking and most approachable of them all, he received indifferent looks from the others, but he didn't care.
Ade became alert when someone touched him on his waist, he turned his head and saw Horace, he calmed his racing heart then held the dagger he hid inside the coat, Shit! He nearly touched the dagger I stole earlier!
