The secret life. chapter 99 The ancient impossible enemy

      the next morning i woke up slowly. i couldn't remember what happened. i knew i didn't fall asleep. the last thing i remembered was struggling to not fall asleep but i didn't at all remember closing my eyes and falling asleep.

i slowly got ready for the day  thinking about what i experienced the night before. this had been the first time i fell asleep without remembering that i did.

i thought: who was this new enemy? did she know the Doctor? did he know her?

how was she able to make me go to sleep when even Rani couldn't? at least without not remembering losing the stay awake battle.

i had to know some answers i got on my tablet as i do every morning and i read over what the last text from the 11th Doctor was. "kat! whats happening!"

      i smiled happy that Diana was able to tell him what was happening hoping he wasn't too worried for me. i started explaining what had happened hoping somehow they'd be on and hear the message. "hi dad. something happened last night. I'm not sure what. Don't remember falling asleep." i continue describing what happened the whole time him or silver not showing up yet.

"Rani couldn't make me fall asleep but levana was able to. I do remember fighting to stay awake. I don't know how she finally made me go to sleep. but she did. "

i asked him if he knew the race or that name. but i was sure i wouldn't get the answer till later. i had to go to school again. it was Monday. time to go to the danger school again. i hoped everything would go well.

when i got home i was greeted by just the person i wanted and needed to talk to. she was on early and it was perfect timing as we timelords have. i needed to tell her about what happened and that's just what i was going to do.

"Hi Katrina!" Alayla greets

i say hi and start informing her on what happened. "so i had a little of a problem last night"

"what happened?" she said with concern in her voice i imagined.

"well Rani was back last night" i state

she replies "dang. sorry"

i continue "Rani and someone else. i have no idea who she is but shes bad news. i wonder if you can help me figure out. ive got her name and race."

she answers "okay. who is it?"

i tell her the name and the race. she replies "hmm that's odd"

"ring any bells?" i ask.

she answers "yes. I know but that's impossible..."

i was surprised Gray new this enemy? would she be able to tell who she was?

"you know her?"

she clarifies "I know her race. the Doctor doesn't though. he' not supposed to know."

"well she's working for Rani." i state

Alayla continues "but its impossible for her to be living. like me.the rest of her kind was supposed to be dead like the rest of her kind."

i explain "forced me to sleep pretty well. i didn't even remember falling asleep. you think shes like the last survivor or something?"

          Alayla starts explaining "she couldn't be. You see many centuries ago there were two races in the universe before anything else. The demons and the Alfigine. We used to live in peace until we suddenly broke out in a war when we heard of a new race. the Timelords. This war lasted centuries. more than the Great timewar."
