Was this really Ashleys future self? And if so was that the one that wanted to talk to me? About what exactly? I listened in trying to figure out who she was or what she wanted.
"Wait who? Your mom?" I ask.
"Apparently I'm talking to me from the future. Telepathically. Does the girl you're talking to have an accent?"
"Wait so that was you. Your future self? So can I talk to her?" I anticipate what's she's going to say excited.
"Sure"
"Your writing this down?Really?Oh,hi Katrina!" The future ashley says.
"So um was that you those random times calling me telpathicly?" I ask, rembering all those times I got called randomly by an unknown voice.
She answers "It's complicated.Ok well not really I just am to lazy to explain.You can call me Halie by the way."
"too lazy to explain. Alright"
Ashley complains "Why halie? My names not even close to halie!"
"Halie. So just a question were you the one calling me Chrystal girl? That one time?"
"Yep. Trying to get people's attention isn't easy you know!" She replied.
"Well at least it was you and not some enemy. It was quite the mystery then. So this time you called saying you wanted to tell me something important? If it's not spoilers"
She answers "Something big is going to happen. Your in more danger than you could believe or imagine. You don't deserve this.
Im so so sorry. Ashley,I'm so sorry about your mom....you didn't cause it.....Im so so-The drums.THE DRUMS.THE EVER LASTING DRUMS.~Crazy insane laughing~"
I read it over the first part of the text catches my attention. Before I go into deep thought about the information I just heard I read the rest of it and I wonder if halie is alright. Giving silence.
"So that's to me? About the being in great danger?" I ask unsure if it's directed to me or ashley.
Halie continues with saying insane flowing words "THE DRUMS THE EVER LASTING DRUMS PAST ETERNITY THE DRUMS!THE BEAT THAT THE VOID CRAVES AND THAT SPREADS THROUGH THE TIME VORTEX!THE DRUMS!~Crazy insane laughing."
"Um Halie?" I feel ackward as she's saying crazy insane things.
Ashley comments "I don't like my future self that much.. I am worried about my future self."
I reply as halie kept talking and saying more blabber of insane words. Not sure how to deal with it, of how to react with it. "Halie. So does what you say but the danger pertain to me?" She doesn't listen and I try again. "Um halie can you focus and answer my question. Instead of...whatever you were doing."
"THE DRUMS CANT YOU HEAR THEM THE DRUMS THE FOUNDATION OF EXISTANCE THE DRUMS THE DRUMS EVERLASTING THE DRUMS!SILENCE WILL FALL AND THE DRUM BEAT WILL FADE!~More crazy/insane laughter" Halie continues saying.
Ashley responds "oh my..."
"Gosh." I comment.
"I don't think she can focus."
I was getting uncomfortable by her crazy insane talking. "Halie please stop that. Blimey.."
"THE-T-the drums....sorry about that." Halie finally says.
"Halie whatever you say next don't let it be about drums. Can you finally tell me?"
"Tell you what?" She asks.
I explain "If the first part of what you said when you were telling the important thing, was to me?"
She answers "Something big is going to happen. Soon. Im so so sorry."
I stare at the words feeling serious and deep in thought. "It's the fixed point isn't it.."
"A fixed point.There are many more to come.Come.COME.THE SILENCE WILL FALL AND THE DRUM MASTER WILL RISE AS THE DRUMS FADE AWAY.~Crazy/insane laughter again.~" she replies.
This time I ignore the crazy insane talk and think about the important part of what she said. "So there is more than one fixed point"
Ashley replies "Well now we know Im gonna be completely mental when I grow up. Can you take eleven and ten back?"
i take both the Doctors letting ashley have a rest of too many people in her head.
"So halie anything else you need to say? And not about drums"
She continues the insane talk. That Ignore. I talk to Ashley.
"Hey Ashley I think when you get a chance I think you should spend a lot of time with your mom."
She answers "i...I'm scared."
I add "We all are stories in the end just make it a good one"
"I'm scared I'm scared very scared very scared. She just had to say that didn't she! I'm gonna go listen to that drum beat tape again." Ashley says.
"Won't that make it worse?"
"I don't know what else to do" she says.
For a moment I go back up to the start text with what halie was warning me about. I kept reading over the line. "Something big is going to happen.Your in more danger than you could believe or imagine.You don't deserve this." Just the day before I was frustrated by no new events the fixed point still not here. But now. I was scared. It was soon. Probably sooner than I knew. I was scared. More than scared terrified. Fixed point meant I was going to get experimented on and the cyberplanner take over my mind. It was so long ago that I worried about the fixed point but now. That fear and terror was renewed to be worse. Not only was it soon. There was going to be more than one. The words replayed in my mind "I'm so so sorry. You don't deserve this." She was talking about all the pain terror and sadness I would have to go through. Me being experimented on I just knew it. I shuddered as I thought about it.
I admit to Ashley "Anyway I'm as scared as you are. More danger than I thought, more than one fixed point, how she said I don't deserve that. I'm going to be experimented on. I just know it. And it's going to happen soon. Possibly really soon. Yeah I'm really scared too"
Ashley stated "Halie is still going insane."
"Ok might be time to tell her to go. So she won't keep going insane. And we have time to ponder over what she said" I finish thinking. Is this my last day? When will that Terrible day come and will I be strong enough? I shudder more thinking about all that would happen. I was terrified.
