Not long after Jeno returned with Mark and Donghyuck, Jisung and Jaemin helped him set them down on their couches and Chenle and Renjun helped patch up their wounds and clean all of the blood that was on them. Jeno retrieved some clothes that belonged to him and Jaemin and helped to put them on the two vampires to replace their bloody clothes. While Renjun went to put them to wash, Mark unlocked his phone and gave it to Jeno as he did his best to stay awake.

"Jeno...call the one labeled 'Yuta'.."

"Got it"

Jeno immediately tapped on the designated number, and after just a few rings, his call was answered.

"Mark! Are you and Hyuck alright?! Jaehyun and I saw what happened in that alley with all of the hunters! What were you two thinking running off into a hunter territory???!"

Yuta bombarded the younger with questions upon answering the phone, but Mark seemed to only be concerned about why Jaehyun was with him.

"Mark-hyung and Donghyuck got into a bit of...trouble. They're back at our apartment"

Jeno explained for Mark, knowing that he was probably too tired to answer.

"I see. So that's why that trail of blood led to one of the apartment's doors. You're one of their friends right?"

"That's right. We're all here taking care of them, but they're in pretty bad shape. Is there any way that you could swing by to help us?"

"We're way ahead of you kid"

The group then heard a knock at the door, and the phone suddenly hung up. When Jisung answered the door, he was met with two strangers in the doorway, one with red hair and one with brown hair.

"How did you get here so fast..?"

Jisung asked, a little bit frightened by the two.

"Vampires are capable of running at incredibly fast speeds. But allow us to introduce ourselves. I'm Yuta and this is Jaehyun. But unlike Mark, Donghyuck, and myself, Jaehyun is new to the vampire world"

"Wait a minute. You're the Jaehyun that goes to NCIT right? I thought I recognized you. How did you get turned??"

Jaemin asked as the two vampires walked in.

"I was almost killed by hunters a few days ago, but a great friend of ours turned me into a vampire to keep me alive. I promise that we don't mean any harm "

"Don't worry, we know. After what we've seen today, we're for certain that we can trust any vampire that's friends with Mark-hyung and Donghyuck. Regardless, we're glad that you survived hyung"

Jeno reassured Jaehyun with a smile as he went off to the kitchen to grab them some water to drink.

"Hang on. You said that Jaehyun was the only one out of you that was turned, and that he was just turned recently. Just how old are you three???"

Renjun asked Yuta with a concerned look on his face.

"I'll tell you, but don't freak out. Donghyuck is three hundred and twenty-two years old, Mark is four hundred and twenty-two years old, and I'm eight hundred and twenty-six years old. We're all born vampires as well"

"So, you and Donghyuck have been that much older than us this whole time hyung..?"

Renjun asked Mark, earning an anxious look from him.

"I'm sorry that we couldn't tell you..."

"Forget their real ages. How are we going to help them heal??"

Chenle asked, changing the conversation to the more important topic.

"Oh right! We have to go to the nearest blood bank and get them some blood. That way, they'll be able to satiate their hunger and heal at the same time. The only problem is that it's not that close to this side of town, and with the hunters that will be roaming around, we won't be able to get there fast without them noticing us"

"That's right.. It is getting dark. There's bound to be a bunch of them about to go on patrols, especially since Mark killed a group of them in their own territory"

"What if some of us went to the blood bank for you?"

Jeno offered, but Yuta immediately turned him down.

"No good. Humans can't purchase blood from those banks. They only do business with vampires that are in the system. And since Jaehyun was just turned, he's not in the system yet. I'm the only one here that can purchase any blood from the bank"

"How about this then. A few of us can go with you to the bank. Let's say...Chenle, Jisung, and myself. That way, any hunters that see us will think you're human too. Then we can walk into a place near the bank as a decoy for you to head into the bank undetected. You'll be safe getting there and safe coming back, even if it might take longer"

"And Jaemin and I can stay here with Mark-hyung and Donghyuck to watch over them"

"And I can stay here with them. If I'm not in the system yet, then there's no point in me going along. And if any hunters that know about me spot me, then you'll all be in trouble"

Yuta didn't like the idea of having to take humans along with them for the dangerous task, but he knew that it was their best option.

"...Oh fine. You three can come along. But make sure not to look anybody in the eyes or act nervous. The last time one of us looked a hunter in the eyes, Jaehyun almost died. I'll make sure to bring them back safely, and If I have to use my powers to protect them, I will"

"Good luck, and be safe"

Jeno, Jaemin, and Jaehyun bid the other four good luck and safe travels as they walked out of the door, being left alone with Mark and Donghyuck. They all silently sat together, trying to shake off the bit of anxiousness they felt from their current situation.
