Jaehyun eventually arrived to a new guarded location, a base-like structure complete with its own walls and searchlights. There were guards posted at every side, and he couldn't even tell where the base was located anymore.

Once they made it past the wall, they escorted Jaehyun to one of the buildings and into a secluded room near a peculiar laboratory, and cuffed his ankles before pushing him inside the room. He fell to the ground, and the silver from both of his cuffs prevented him from getting up.

"I hope you enjoyed your last look at the outside world Jaehyun. Welcome to your final destination. We would offer you some refreshments, but I trust you know why we can't do that"

The hunter's leader spoke, entering the room with a few others as backup.

"..."

"You used to be human right? You were turned not to long ago if I recall correctly. Do tell Jaehyun, why would you throw away your humanity and betray your own kind?"

"..."

"Don't make this anymore difficult than it has to be. I'd hate for us to have to damage that handsome face of yours too much, at least not anymore than we were going to anyway. I'd suggest you answer my questions"

The hunter teased, raising the younger's head up with his foot under his head.

"...As far as I'm concerned, I was never a part of your kind. My humanity has no connection to when I used to be human, and I never threw it away. I will never want to consider myself human again, because I know what the majority of your kind is capable of doing, especially towards anyone and anything you won't take the time to understand"
