"Okay, we have just about everything that we needed on our list. We just have to pay a visit to the blood bank to pay our monthly tax. But before we head home, what do you say we pick up some surprises for the others? You can pick out anything that you might want too hyung"

Jaehyun offered to buy Sicheng anything that he wanted, only receiving a small nod from him instead of a verbal response. Jaehyun was asked by Taeil to run a few errands, and requested him to take Sicheng along for the trip. Besides trying to get him to go out more apart from going to work, Taeil felt that Jaehyun and Sicheng might be able to bond more as well.

Jaehyun knew that Sicheng wouldn't interact with him much, but he didn't mind at all. Being in his presence was enough for him, even if he stayed silent. The two quickly made their way to the blood bank, and immediately made their way to one of the counters upon entering. The two were met with a very friendly vampire at the counter that they were both happy to see once again.

"Sicheng~. It's so nice to finally see you again. And it's wonderful to see you again too Jaehyun~. You're finally part of the system now, so this is my official welcome to you~"

The vampire handed Jaehyun a free blood pack as a small welcome for him finally becoming registered in their systems.

"Thanks a lot Ten-hyung~. How have you been?"

"I can't complain. I love my job, especially when it comes to serving you and your friends, as well as other vampires. Of course they're not as nice as the ten of you, but I still love it here"

"That's great to hear. Just know that it's always a pleasure coming down here to see you hyung, regardless of whether we come for business or not"

"Your presence is always appreciated Jaehyun, business or not"

Ten smiled, already taking a liking to the newborn.

"Oh! Speaking of business, you're here to pay your monthly taxes right?"

"We sure are~. Did you want to pay hyung?"

Jaehyun asked Sicheng, but he shook his head.

"You can pay. Consider it an initiation since you're finally in the system"
