I wake up and find I'm in a hospital bed with a drip, I pulled it out and climb out My legs are shaky but I need to find a way out, I turn to see a door but when trying to open it I find it's locked, I turn around and Massimo is stood there with his arms crossed " listen to me now. Massimo played a video and what I saw made me go cold, my heart raced at seeing violet strapped to a chair, I looked away " what have you done?" I shouted, he grabbed me by ny face " watch it now!" Massimo shouted as he squeezed tight, In the video violet is tied to a chair she's screaming in pain as a man chops her finger off and slashes her face with a knife, tears ran down my cheeks this was my fault.

Massimo let go and threw me on bed " see what I have to do. It's your fault. Now imagine what I could do to little Sebastian. Oh wow I could have some fun with that little one"

His words hurt, how could someone be so sick and twisted? I wiped the tears Away " you are a sick fuck"
Next he slapped me across the face making me spit blood " watch your mouth! Now we get married tomorrow we don't need any bruises. Get some sleep the plan is about to start"

Massimo left the room locking it behind him, I sat on the bed with my knees tucked up I couldn't help but cry, why wasn't Conrad finding me? Or was he trying to but just couldn't. What's Massimos plan in marrying me what does he achieve I don't understand.

I couldn't help but worry about Violet I feel helpless, what's going to happen to her, then came the sudden resentment towards Conrad, if I wouldn't of met him then this wouldn't of happened I turned my anger towards him now, this was his fault not mine if I would of been left to do my job, teaching which I loved, my best friend wouldn't be tied up somewhere being tortured, this Mafia life the underworld was nothing but a fairytale beforehand now it's a scary dark reality, like a movie and I'm the main character.

In order to keep the people I care about safe I need to follow his orders it's the only way, if marrying him is the only way then so be it, I just hope I'm found.
