"Nuh uh!"
You and Yanfei were standing on the pathway to Dragonspine. A recent case of hers required a "quick" visit to the deathly cold mountains. You had convinced her to let you come along since you had a commission there anyway.
"I let you come so the least you could do is wear a coat! Cmon!" Yanfei sternly said while forcefully wrapping a jacket around you.
"No! It's a drag and makes fighting harder!" You tried wiggling out of her grasp.
"Ugh! Yknow it's my coat right?" She huffed and pulled the coat off of you.
You blinked at her, glancing back down at the coat for a moment before snatching it. "You should've said so sooner." You smiled.
Yanfei just annoyingly looked at you whilst crossing her arms. She then pivoted on her heels and made her way down the path.
"H-Hey don't go without me!" You trudged along the path, sliding your arms through the jacket. You caught up and gently walked beside her.
You reached down grabbing her hand and intertwining your fingers. A small blush spread across her cheeks. She continued to pucker her lips to seem still annoyed.
"Love ya Yanfei!" You perked your head to her cheek giving a quick peck.
"I love you too.." She mumbled, receiving a giggle from you.
"So what case made you need to go all the way to Dragonspine anyway?"
"A client claimed that another was stealing their belongings and hiding them in the depths of Dragonspine. I came to see for myself."
You hummed in response. You smiled because you felt Yanfei using her Pyro abilities to heat up her hand, making sure it was warm enough for you to hold.
"That doesn't look very good.." Yanfei suddenly said with a concerning tone.
"What doesn't look good?" You raised an eyebrow. Your eyes scanned over her face, her brows were furrowed as she looked upwards.
