Lisa nervously fiddled with a book as she sat at her desk. Her eyelashes fluttered up and down as she glanced across the library.

She watched the girl with (H/L) (H/C) hair bop up and down. You stood atop a ladder, gently putting books away.

Lisa felt the warmth smoothly take over her cheeks. Her heart practically burning.

She looked back down at the book she was holding, trying to focus on anything but you. She didn't even notice the footsteps that softly approached.

"Lisa~ I finished putting the books away." You gave a gentle smile.

Lisa jumped in her seat.
"C-Cutie! You startled me." She sighed.

You leaned against the desk, giving a concerning look in her direction.

"Is it getting bad again?" Your voice laced with worry.

Lisa sighed. She knew she should've told you what happened in her past. Right now, she had you believing she just had a long-lasting cold.

Though, if she mentioned her past, she would have an excuse to why she couldn't love you back.

"It hasn't acted up today, thankfully" Lisa gave a sad yet reassuring smile. Seemingly catching how out of character that was, she continued.

"Thank you for your concern, darling~" She leaned on her desk, chin in her palm and gave a close eyed smile.

You pursed your lips and reached across the table. You softly cupped one of Lisa's cheeks in your palm.

Lisa was completely caught off guard by this show of affection. Her cheeks holding a soft hue of redish-pink.

"M-My~ you're feeling bold today, huh?" She nervously sputtered out. Letting the hand holding her chin drop to the desk.

"Of course I am! I want to show you just how much I care about you!" You beamed.

Lisa nearly squeeled at the expression you were making. She had completely fallen for you.
