"Hey! Whatcha up to~?" A preppy voice spoke from behind you.
You jumped at the sudden loss of silence. You turned your head to look at the lovely and friendly girl, Yoimiya.
"Jeez, you scared me!" You sweatdropped.
"Aw, I'm sorry! I just wanted to say hi!" She gave you a toothy smile.
She bounced on her heels to look over your shoulder. You had been trying to paint the tulips grown near Naganohara Fireworks, plus Yoimiya was good company too.
"Ooo, I like the colors on this one. Are you gonna sell it or leave it in that dusty old closet of yours?" She teased, resting her head on your shoulder.
You hummed at her touch, it was relaxing. "Might keep it actually, it reminds me of you."
Yoimiya glanced at you with a blush. Her head still on your shoulder, yet she was dead silent.
"Are you okay?" You side-eyed her for a moment before looking back at the painting.
"Y-Yeah, your words just caught me off guard haha~!" She nervously laughed and back away from your shoulder.
"How does it remind you of me?" She stared at you so lovingly you couldn't help but smile.
"Because no matter how harsh the weather is, these tulips refuse to wither. They stand out and they make everything more beautiful. "
Yoimiya turned red to your words. Her mouth fell slightly agape as she blinked at you.
"You think I make everything more b-beautiful?" She whispered with she cupped both of her cheeks.
"Of course I do." You set down your paint pallet and brush. Turning to gently walk to her.
You bent down folding both hands behind your lower back. She stared at you flustered. She didn't dare move or make a noise.
"Yoimiya!" A wimpy voice called from behind.
You frowned recognizing it. Yoimiya had many admirers, she was one of the sweetest people in Inazuma.
