You were in your room, filling in a coloring book. Around you were stuffed animals and toys as you sat in your tutu. The front door opened, your head perking up. "(Y/N)! Babygirl, I'm home!" Xandra called out, her keys plopped onto the table. You came out of your room, Xandra turning to see you. "Hey sweetheart. How was your day?" She asked, smiling. "It was good. I found Sammy the bear." You held up the stuffed animal bear, smiling.

Xandra walked up to you, giving you a hug. "I brought home a friend just for you, dear. I know it gets lonely when I'm at work. Soooo...." Xandra covered your eyes with your hands, running outside and coming back in. "Okay, open them!" She gleefully exclaimed.

You moved your hands, opening your eyes. In Xandra's arms was a golden retriever puppy. "I want you to meet Delia." She set the puppy down, watching it run up to you. You fell to your knees, playing with the puppy. "Thank you, mommy!" You giggled, the puppy licking your face. "Of course, darling!" She picked you up from the floor, dotting your face with kisses as you giggled.

"I love you so much." She purred, her nails gently scraping against your skin as she lifted you up and wrapped your legs around her waist. "Mommy is gonna spend all night with you, babygirl. We're going to watch movies, eat popcorn, and so much more." She tossed you onto the bed, climbing up and turning the television on.

You watched Xandra flip through Disney+, finally landing on The Little Mermaid. The puppy got onto the bed, laying between you both as the movie began. You got comfortable in her arms, smiling.

Halfway through the movie, you sat up. Xandra paused it, looking up at you. "I want snacks!" You got off the bed, running to the kitchen. Xandra followed, the puppy sleeping. You reached for the popcorn bags above the cabinets, standing on your tippy toes. Then, you felt hands on your waist. Glancing back, Xandra lifted you up. "Let me help, babygirl." She purred, watching you grab a couple popcorn bags and a bowl.

She put them in the microwave, turning to you and giving you a few kisses. "You're the best thing in my entire life." Xandra cooed, gently booping your nose. "And the love of my life." She then picked you up, twirling you around. "Mommy, you're so nice!" You giggled as she kissed your most ticklish spots. "I missed you, that's all. I always wish to be home to take care of my babygirl." She explained, hugging you tightly. "Now, let's get back to the movie." She purred as she then put the popped popcorn into a bowl.

You climbed into bed, the puppy lifting his head and choosing to sleep in your arms. You leaned up against Xandra, smiling as you looked at the TV. "I love you, Mommy." You spoke quietly, seeing her smile.

"I love you too, babygirl."
