Wilhemina Venable and Reader
⚠️ Abuse

---

You used to be close to Wilhemina, always by her side. Before the apocalypse and becoming secretary, you and Wilhemina swore up and down that nothing would come between you two. You two did everything together, always worshipping the very earth she walked upon. Then, she grew distant. It was like you grew out her arms, like a puppy too big to carry. She came home later and later, more and more angry. You winced whenever she came home, the sound of the front door slamming shook the house every night. The blankets were once your safety from her attitude.

Her mood was getting worse everyday, though you hadn't expected it. Your words slightly slurred when saying "laying on", accidentally adding a d sound. That moment her fist made direct contact with your face, sending you flying back at the sheer strength. Your ears were ringing, the world spinning as you slowly pulled yourself up from the floor albeit unable to find balance the first couple times. Your nose was bleeding, hearing the warmth drip onto the floor with a light thunk. You then heard Wilhemina storm off before your eyes opened and the door slammed shut. The world was spinning, your eyes closing. She once belonged to you, but now she belonged to the evil in life.

Only a couple weeks later you were in this hellhole stuck with her. She took her anger out on you every night, hitting you and screaming at you until you were crawled up in the corner of the dungeon shaking and crying. Every morning you were forced to watch everyone else eat, then you were given an eighth of the food given. Eat too slow and you'll be deemed ungrateful, eat too fast and you're disgusting by her words. That was until Michael Langdon came to see the outpost.

Suddenly, you could sleep in your own bed. The cold damp stone floors built callouses onto your palms and knees, finding the soft warm bed relieving. When Langdon didn't join the meals, you were fed and then immediately made to vomit. The one time Langdon caught sight, you were then kept in his quarters. Nobody could get in without his supervision. He was so much nicer than Wilhemina, giving you congee and fresh clothing. However, the odd loud noise sent you flying into hiding.

Wilhemina wasn't happy with the separation, growing anxious. She wanted attention, she wanted to be held. Yes, she forced you to once in a while, but now more than ever she missed the warmth from before Kineros Robotics. She knows she deserved the pits of hell for everything, she ruined everything with you. Now Michael Langdon had come to put her crimes to a stop, landing her stuck here.

Sometimes she can see the afterlife, and she can see you happy with someone who will actually take care of you.
