Chapter 34 - Unexpected Reunion

It's a beautiful day and I woke up in such a good mood, mainly because I got a good morning text from "My Love". I know it sounds super cheesy, but when I get text in the morning from Danny I feel all tingly inside; it just feels so amazing to know that he cares. Also the fact that when I wake up it's the first thing I see.

It read: 'Good Morning , :-* I really hope you have a good day. Of coarse I would love mine a lot better but I can't because my mom has been pounding me to clean out the garage :/ but don't worry too much without me lol. I Love you. Problem, call me ok? And BTW ily'

Awe! Just like that my whole mood changes.

I honestly promised myself I wouldn't be the type of girlfriend to get all excited and goofy about these little things but I just can't help it. He makes me feel like that type of girl and every since we stated our "I love you's" , we've gotten so much closer then we have ever been. I could say it a millon times he makes me so happy and it wouldn't be enough, I'm glad I get to experience this type of love.. I guess I broke that promise, I've really become that girl and I don't regret it at all.

I decide to stop being all gushe and text him back

Me: 'Baby I'll be just fine without you, I think your the worried one :-[ haha. You have fun cleaning ok? I love you. I will call you if problem, BTW ILY'

After this I thought about Gracelynn. I just have to give her and Ethan space to work things out, but I am trying to figure out what's so hard about this! They both like each other. Unless something is really going on in the background that I don't know about.

"My darling Alisyn, please come downstairs." My mom says in the nicest tone possible.

Weird. The only time she speaks like that is when she really wants something from me.

"Coming my darling mother." I shout going downstairs.

When I get down there I see her in the kitchen, the usual.

"Good morning my honey bunches! Mama needs you to do a huge favor." She says as if I am a 6 year old. I knew it she was gonna make me do something.

"What kind of huge favor." I questioned folding my arms.

"Well Jess and Kyle are leaving today and I wanted to make a nice family dinner before the left so I made you a list of groceries to go buy!" She exclaims.

"Finally, they leave at last." I sigh.

"Alisyn!" She scolds.

"I'm just kidding! You're lucky because I'm in a happy mood and I would really do just about anything you ask today." I laughed.

"Mhm... I wonder why, is it maybe Daniel. "She smiles, oh god.

OK this just got awkward.

"Uh... yeah can we not." I blush.

"I'm just teasing you, here's the money and list." She hands me the stuff and I take it.

"Alright bye mom." I say grabbing my keys walking out to my car.

I went inside and turn on the engine.

"Damn even my engine is in a great mood. "I laugh to myself I'm such a dork.

I start to drive to the nearest grocery store. I stop at a red light, meanwhile I am jamming to the radio. All of a sudden I see a girl running to a bus that just took off, a girl I haven't seen in a while.(Guesswho? Lol)
