Chapter 7 - Special Dinner

Ali's POV

At first I started to second guess myself about being in a relationship so soon, but then as Danny and I started to hang out more; I figured out he's nothing like Kendrick. He's not too possessive like Kemdrick, and I would hate to relive that nightmare.

While the weather is still nice outside, we go to amusements parks, and play GTA, still we do the clichė things like, go to movies, picnics, bowling, stuff like that. We just love spending time together.

We've been together for about two months. He's been met my parents but I haven't officially met his yet, but he said I will soon. I don't even drive myself to school anymore, Danny insisted on taking me to school everyday. He's too sweet.

During lunch, Kendrick saw Danny and I kiss, he was passed.

Now it's the end of the day and I'm waiting for Danny.

He came running down the stairs, it seems like he has something important to say.

"Ali!" He exclaimed as he reached the bottom of the steps.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Well, my parents asked if they could finally meet you!" He joyfully said.

"Wow, really?" I asked.

"Really. We're going to a nice restaurant and everything. It'll be great." He explained.

"Wow, now I'm nervous." I said.

"Don't be, be yourself, they'll love you." He said kissing my forehead.

"When's the dinner?" I asked.

"Um, I told my parents tonight." He said.

"Well I have to get ready!" I said grabbing his hand leading him to the car.

I wore long lace black dress with some white sandals. I curled my hair. I was super nervous! I remembered his family was rich, but then I remembered the whole thing with his uncle. I'm going to not mention it.

Danny picked me up in his car and drove me to the restaurant. As we walked in, I kept looking at the decor! This place is for very very wealthy people.

"Ali.." Danny's voice rang in my ear.

"Come on they're at the table." He smiled then grabbed my hand

leading me to the table.

"Well, well, well, you must be Alisyn!" His mom said holding out her hands out for a hug. We hugged.

"Nice to meet you Alisyn." His dad held his hand out for a handshake.

"Nice to meet you too." I said and shook his hands.

We sat down in a rather big booth.

"It's so nice to finally have one of the boys dating. Nowadays the

only thing Daniel ever talks about is you." She joyfully said.

"Really?" I said turning to Daniel, he smiled.

"Yup, Ali this Ali that." His dad confirmed.

The rest of the dinner we mainly talked about me and my goals in life. His parents are cool, I can't see his dad stealing money from anyone. On that subject, his dad was actually went off about the whole situation with his brother., in one long ten minute session.

I excused myself from the table and went to the bathroom and fixed my make up, when I got out I couldn't believe my eyes.

Daniel's POV

When I got home from school, I was super excited. Ever since I have been really happy, I kind of stepped out of my bad boy shell, just a little bit.

For tonight, I wore a white button-up shirt, and some black pants ,

with some nice shoes.

When Ali and I got to the restaurant I searched for my parents, I hope no one will mess this up.

Everything fine, my dad went off on Jason, but at least Ali understood. The conversation was mostly about Ali, and I loved how she was open minded. Ali excused herself to the bathroom. When

my parents spilt out their feelings about her.

"She's a keeper." My dad spoke up.

"Yes, she really is." My mom agreed.

"I hope your right." I said.

"Me too." A familiar voice said.

We turned around and saw my uncle Jason. He was basically a replica of my dad, except a big muscular difference. He had two huge guys behind him, the first thought that came to mind was Ali.

"How did you find us!" My dad furiously yelled.

This is not the time and place. I slowly backed up towards the bathroom.

"I have my ways, now give me my money or I'll destroy you and your family!" He dangerously yelled.

"Oh you threatened us too much!" My dad yelled charging towards him.

Right then and there all hell broke loose. My dad and Jason were fist fighting, my mom was trying to stop it, people at the other tables decided to throw plates and chairs and fight as well

I went to help the big guys get my father and Jason off each other. As I was trying to pull my dad off, I saw Ali with a shocked look on her face.

I instantly got up and ran over to her.

"Baby what's going on?" She asked looking around.

"My uncle Jason is here and everything's out of control." I explained.

The two big guys broke my father and Jason apart from each other, Jason turned around and looked at Ali.

I shoved Ali behind me, great now he's gonna start with me.

"Aw, who's this?" He asked trying to see over my shoulder.

Ali put her head back behind me.

Jason stepped towards us.

"You stay away from her!" I furiously yelled.

"No, no, no." He said shaking his head.

"Just leave them!" My father yelled.

"Fine, but I will come for you and little sweetie pie." He evilly smiled.

"I'll be waiting." I said and grabbed Ali's arm and lead her out the restaurant.

How dare he threaten Ali and I! I'm not scared though, I know he'll

come after Ali and I, that's why I'm not supposed to date girls ecspecially. But I can't hide my feelings from Ali. Just by the show that went on tonight, I know we're going to go through some shit.
