Ali's POV
Monday - 7:43
Danny texted me at six and told me he was picking me up at eight. Oh my gosh, I can imagine the traffic that's on the road now. But I can't wait to see Danny.
Tonight I'm wearing a dress that has a lace top and red skirt-like at the bottom, with red heels, and I'm wearing my gold necklace. I curl my hair and put it in a bun, but leave two shorter pieces out in front of my face. I spray myself Victoria Secret's Love Spell fragrance.
What? This is a special dimmer tonight and I hope no one ruins it.
Right then, the door bells rings and I know who it is.
"I got it!" I yell and ran towards the door. I open it and jump right into Danny's arms.
"It's good to see you too Ali." He laughs and puts me down.
"Wait! Wait!" My mom yells.
"Let's take some pictures of you two." My mom says and I groan to myself.
"Come on Ali it can't be that bad." Danny says and leads us over to the wall that my mom is standing in front of.
"Say 'Merry Christmas'!"
"Merry Christmas!" We both say smiling.
After a hundred pictures we are finally out the door. The car ride wasn't long at all suprisingly. We get out the car and and it into Challion (I made it up -Aurora) Which is a multi-culture restaurant where rich people go.
"Danny are you serious? Here?" I ask in shock.
"Yeah I figured you never been here before." He's says. Right then we are escorted to a table. The guy who was escorting us pushed me in to the table and gave us our menus.
"What do you want?" Danny asks after looking at the menu for a good minute.
"Um, the Shrimp Platter." I said putting the menu down.
"Mm, I'll have the Lobster fiest." He says and smiles.
"It's kind of funny how we are only ordering seafood." I laugh.
"True, haha." He also laughs.
"Are you guys ready to order?" The waiter asks pulling out his notepad.
"Yeah, I'll have the Shrimp Platter and he'll have the Lobster fiest." I say and smile.
"Ok gotcha. It'll be ready soon." The waiter smiles and walks away.
"So Ali..." He starts and just then I remember that I have his present. A black Fossil watch.
"Oh yeah! I have your present!" I say and reach in my bag and grab the wrapped present and hand it to him. His face lits up.
"Wow, Ali thank you. Coming from you it means a lot." He smiles.
I smile.
"I got you something special too." He says and reaches in his pocket and hands me two wrapped boxes. There's a big and small one. I opened the small one and it's a bracelet with purple gems.
"Oh my god!" I yell and get out my chair and jump up and down.
"Ali sit down, people are looking. Open the other one." He says and laughs. I sit and open the other one. It's a matching necklace but with a big purple gem in the middle.
"Wow Danny-" He cut me off.
"Here let me put it on." He says and gets up and puts the necklace around my neck, then kisses my cheek.
The rest of the night was a blast. Jae'quan was having a Christmas party, so we met up with Ethan and Grace. Honestly, I couldn't be happier. It feels like everything's coming to place.
