Rodof who was watching on a iPad abruptly stopped." Why is my screen black?. Go and check"

His men immediately left the room and went out.

Suddenly the laboratory that was entertaining him was silent. There was no figure on the bed and all the doctors laid on the floor unconscious. He stood up stunned." She is gone! Find her now!"

The guards immediately set out and started searching.

" Useless! You can't even take care of a girl. Bunch of idiots, you better find her I say" he roared angrily. He couldn't understand how she escaped and his screen going blank didn't give him a good sign.

And he was right, because shortly after, the screen changed again and the girl they were looking for appeared on the screen." You were looking for me?"

" You" he pointed at her.

" I must say Rodof that you provoked the wrong person." her eyes were frighteningly cold.

" You tricked us and pretended all this time. Now I see why Rose hates you so much" he sneered. "You can forget about leaving this place without my permission"

Ivy smirked." You think this lousy place can keep me? If I guess correctly, you were the one who planned my kidnapping when I was 12 but what you don't know is that I was taken by someone else and I spent two years in an assassination organisation."

Rodof was shocked. He gripped the iPad in his hands." Well isn't that a blessing in disguise. You are very intelligent, you could guess so accurately. If you were obedient we could have been friends"

" You wanted to erase my memory so that I could become your puppet and you could get full control over what belongs to me. I must hand it over to you and Rose. You have such dillusional thoughts. Your brain cells should be insufficient or else why plot such a stupid thing."

Rodof suppressed his anger and laughed. " Very well you successfully got my full attention. Wait till I get my hands on you and you will wish you never existed" his eyes turned ruthless as he laughed.

" Ohh" Ivy flashed him a smile. That depends if you can make it out in one piece and I am sure you will. "

Rodof expression immediately changed," what do you mean?" He asked alertly.

" I am waiting for you" was all she said before her screen turned black.

Explosions started going out one after the other.

Rodof's face turned dark and killing intent surged out." She wants to destroy this place. Get me out of here immediately! You better locate her and bring me to her! I will personally torment her"

His men nodded and they all got up and started rushing out. They didn't know how many bombs were planted and the places so they had to move very carefully to protect their leader.

Ivy checked the area and discovered that. She was on an island and there was no sign of other people. It was just the doctors and guards. There were no assassin's or test objects. This was probably his private laboratory that he kept a secret. Underworld rulers always prepare for back up and this place was probably his, but she was going to destroy it even if she had to stain her hands.

Vance reached the laboratory and his forces took all the doctors away along with the data they stored and evidence of their crimes.
He anxiously kept moving, following the signal that would lead him to Ivy.

Rodof managed to get out of the laboratory. He was in a very sorry state. His clothes were half burnt, his tie was cut short and a part was missing. His suit had holes and one of his shoe was ruined while the other was gone. His face was covered with black smoke.

His eyes were filled with so much anger that he felt like killing someone.

" Tsk it's a pity you are still in one piece" a voice sounded above his head.

Ivy stood at a dead end. Behind her was an endless bottomless sea. She had already washed off the make-up on her face. Her hair was floating with the wind. Her skin was smooth and clean but the pair of fierce eyes caused people to tremble. Her surrounding was extremely saffocating. She stood there and looked like an immortal beauty.

Rodof was stunned by her aura but quickly returned to his senses. " Catch her and tie her up" he commanded the five men besides him gritting his teeth.

The five men approached Ivy and started sending out ruthless attacks. Ivy dodged before sending them flying to the ground unable to get up.

Rodof was speechless.

" I guess Ill have to get you myself. You truly prove to be a trained assassin. Your moves are fast and ruthless. And look at that gorgeous face of yours. You are not an ugly freak at all. Maybe if Rose saw you she might reconsider her decision. You are well hidden indeed. Your disguise was so perfect that it makes you hateful"

" Thanks for the compliment " she replied bluntly.

Soon they started exchanging blows. Rodof had a bigger and stronger physic and used that to his advantage. Knowing that she had a disadvantage in size she used her speed to out put him.

She got a few bruises on her hands , while Rodof's face was swollen like a pigs butt. He got shocked by Ivy's strength and fear began creeping in.

Ivy found the perfect person to vent her anger on and continued fighting him until he too was beaten up and left in a miserable state . He stared at Ivy as if she were a monster. Disbelief filled his eyes.

That was the scene Vance saw when he arrived. Looking at the girl a few steps away from him. His heart ached for her.

" Rodof, I wonder what Jason would feel like to know that you killed his father"

" Or should I say that you are his real father"

That statement made him freez ." How do you know that?" He panicked.

" You sure hid that well. Were you planning to raise your next successor?" Vance spoke up.

They both turned to face him.

" Lancastra! " He exclaimed.
" I should have known you were behind her. You always ruin my plans and that pissed me off a lot"

" That's for trying to build a foothold using KKG. I absolutely cannot allow that can I ?"

He turned pale when his plan was exposed. Ivy got surprised. So he was the mysterious boss P. That explains everything.

" Hahaha" Rodof laughed out like a mad man." So you and your little lover trapped me. You sure are my biggest obstacle and for that you will pay"

He suddenly launched an attack on Ivy. Planing to stab her with a sharp blade.

" Watch out!" Vance exclaimed.

Ivy couldn't react in time and when she twisted her body the blade sharply pierced through her skin. The cold weapon pierced her shoulder and due to the force impact Rodof managed to push her and she fell straight into the blue sea.

" Ivy!" Vance  widened his eyes in shock.
