C32 Delvis

She was interapted by the ringtone of a phone."I'll answer this first" he said before walking to the balcony.

"Yeah"

She let out a bitter smile ,she almost told him that she was a girl. she wondered how he would react.

"Will you jump out of the window or should I help you" she shivered at the thought of him holding her by the neck and letting her decide how to die.

By the time he came back he found Ivy asleep on the couch. He lifted her, walked to her room and lay her on the bed. He wanted to leave when he felt Ivy tug his shirt.
"Don't leave me too" she muttered in her sleep. " There I won't leave" he comforted and sat down holding her hand. She curled up and brought his hand closer to her chest. He smiled at her cuteness then pinched her face. After some time he decided to stand up but he realised that something didn't feel right. He looked at her again and noticed that her chest was ... was plump?!!

Vance:"..."??

He lifted her shirt to take a peek then hurriedly fixed her. His face turned red. This is the first time he felt so embarrassed.

He walked out flustered ,he felt that he was really stupid ,was he blind or was she too good at hiding it. He recalled that she wanted to tell him something so  was it..., he shook his head in resignation.
After thinking about it he burst out laughing.

He went to freshen up, coming out he noticed the laptop on the floor. Curious he tapped and the screen lit up revealing pictures ,he was stunned by what he saw slowly his fist clenched in the darkness, his eyes were dark emmiting coldness deep within. He looked like an immortal ready to destroy the world.

" A night of discoveries indeed "

The next day Ivy was awakened by the smell of breakfast coming from the kitchen. She got out of bed and walked out rubbing her eyes.
"Brother?"

Delvis raised his head and smiled," sis you are awake ,come eat breakfast is ready"
She stood there and looked at the figure wearing a apron making breakfast his face was pale and he lost some weight. The last time he looked like this was when the incident with Doris happened.

She walk to him and hugged him,"what happened ,Is it her?"

" Yeah" he sighed.

So about Dorris. She went to the same high school with Delvis and were considered childhood playmates. She was kind, sweet and shy and always followed him everywhere but later on she left to go abroad for further studies and as time went on they lost contact with each other. Six years later she returned but a different person,the shy girl was gone and bloomed into a seductive, arrogant woman . Nobody knew what exactly happened to her. The first thing she did was meet Delvis and at that time he had his first girlfriend and he didn't recognize her ignoring her all the way. She got angry and blamed everything on his girlfriend. She believed she was very attractive and every man should be attracted to her and Delvis happened to be someone she secretly loved and wished to marry therefore she destroyed all his relationship and appeared to always be there to comfort and support but he only considered her as a sister and didn't notice her possessive behaviour , he watched all his girlfriends dump him and leave the country or city thinking there was something wrong with him he was dejected until one day he was on a blind date. He got a call and had to leave halfway. He realised he forgot his wallet and went back to get it only to find Dorris whom he considered sweet and kind threatening the girl to reject him. He was shocked and curious to know what would make a girl from a prestigious family leave the country so he watched her take out a report claiming that he had a virus and to cure himself he needed young beautiful woman to date him and for them to get rid of the effect of being affected they had to leave the country.

She also took out evidence of other girls who have already left and that's when he realised that he has been played and that alone brought fear and dispear to his colourful life and from then on he stayed away from women fearing that he will reduce the population of women in the country. That was when Ivy was adopted to the family and the look he had was exactly the same as the first time she saw him and it was even worse than.

" Go freshen up first you stink " he teased." She kicked his butt," you and your whole family stink"

" You are part of my family you know"

" Shut up. Did Vance leave?"

" Yeah he left after I arrived. Did I miss something? How come he slept here already aren't you moving too fast I know he attracts bees and butterflies you must be reserved and play hard to get and only then will he cherish you why are you so weak..."

" You what are you saying I didn't sleep with him,he is so annoying why would I fall for him, tsk he doesn't even know am a girl and don't call me weak damn you Delvis talk nonsense one more time."

She puffed up and walked to her room.
" Sis look at your reaction are you sure tell me heyy!"

The Crane Mansion

Uncle Crane sat in his study with a gloomy look and in front of him sat Mrs Rose Collins who also didn't look quite happy.

" My son is not happy with Ivy but there is nothing I can do to stop this marriage arranged by those two old man so I expect her to at least be present and win his heart, is that too much for her Filip?"

Uncle Crane frowned," No it's not too much but way too much and we both know that nobody can force her, she might look easy to bully but she is no push over Rose, we both know how your son is and why he had to go abroad so now that he is back it's best if he behaves and smoothly marries Ivy or there will be problems"

" You are being paranoid, she doesn't even have power she is ignorant and naive and only you support her if you coax her she will listen ,you need to slowly control her because very soon she will learn the truth and may turn against you. Money and power is everything Fillip Crane think about it." Rose Collins stood up and made her way out.

" Rose you are still as selfish as ever, you are only using her to get what you want and you are acting too rash be careful it might back fire "

"You make sure she is present or else you wouldn't want me to approach her"those were her last words before leaving.
