C50 Out of danger

For the first time someone unimportant had the honour to witness Vance Lancastra panic. Rodof felt a sense of accomplishment out of all the bad deeds he had ever done. He could brag about it until he died.

Vance rushed forward and gave him a punch he would never forget. He gave him a straight, ruthless, body damaging punch that his whole body trembled with the force. He fell on the ground and immediately got knocked out on the spot. Blood slid down him mouth. His teeth were definitely broken. His face was twisted to the side.( I think he is difigured)

Then Vance jumped straight into the water.

Ivy felt saffocated. Her whole body felt weak. She could swim buy the pain on her shoulder and the continuous flow of blood was all that filled her nostrils. She felt tired. Maybe it was time she gave up. Why did she have to experience everything. She was only a child but lost everything in a moment. And all this for what? For the so cold power and money. People destroy other people's lives for the so called ambition just for the lack of their own abilities. That's the cruel world.

She kept sinking deeper and deeper. What else should she fight for. As she slowly closed her eyes she saw a figure come her way.

Vance.

There is still him, her dad and brother.

He swem and managed to pull her to his arms and immediately connected their lips for air.

That moment was like a frozen picture as the two figures hugged each other.

" President!" His men called out and came forward.

" Get the jet we need to get to the hospital. Bring me the medical kit" he said hurriedly."

Ivy laid weakly in his arms. Her face was whitely pale. Her wound was so painful but she felt numb to the pain.

Vance managed to stop the bleeding and the private jet took off.

" Hold on Ivy" his voice trembled as he whispered to her softly. " We are almost there, don't close you eyes okay? Don't close your eyes. I am right here"

Ivy was struggling to keep her eyes open but listening to his voice she couldn't help but shed tears.

How could she even think of leaving him.

" Va...ance"

" Yes... Yes I am here " his eyes were bloodshot. He tried to remain calm but couldn't. " Don't leave me Ivy or else I'll follow you"

" I found your parents so you can't leave yet"

Her eyes fluttered and she couldn't keep them open any longer. A smile was on her face.

" Ivy! Ivy! Hurry up!" he yelled at the pilot.

" Vance! " Delvis made his way over. " How is my sister?" He anxiously asked. Zara came along with him.

A miserable Vance sat outside the operating room and waited.

He looked at Delvis and nodded." We are still waiting for news" he responded in a hoarse voice. His clothes had traces of blood. Delvis noticed it then panicked.

" Are you bleeding?"

" No it's not my blood"

" Not yours? Then?"

The red light went off and the doctor came out. Vance stood up and walked to him.

" Don't worry. She is out of danger and will be moved to her ward shortly. It's good you managed to stop the bleeding or else she would have lost too much blood."
