Keira, Rebekah, and Hayley walked down the staircase to the basement. "The governor had lots of secret rooms. I'll show you his favorite," Keira said.

When they got to the bottom, they found the coffins Nik normally put his siblings in. One of them had a big 'F' on it for 'Finn', one had a big 'KO' on it for 'Kol', one had a big 'R' on it for 'Rebekah', and one had a big 'KE' on it for 'Keira'. The coffin with Elijah's 'E' on it, was missing.

"You think Klaus killed him," Hayley said.

"We can't be killed, silly girl. That doesn't stop Klaus from finding ways to torture us. He has a set of mystical silver daggers. One in the heart sends us into a deep slumber. Klaus gets his jollies from keeping us in a box, until he decides to pull the dagger out. That must be what he's done to Elijah. This one's mine," Rebekah replied.

"He keeps your coffin on standby," Hayley noted, looking at the R coffin.

"Both of us have our coffins here," Keira said, her hand brushing the letters on hers. "He likes to be prepared for when his family members inevitably disappoint him. Elijah's isn't here – he must've stashed him elsewhere."

Hayley groaned and clutched her stomach. "I feel sick."

"Welcome to the family, love. You should've run the second you realized Elijah was gone," Rebekah replied.

"Yeah, well, the witches have put some sort of hex on me. As long as I'm carrying this baby, I can't leave New Orleans. If I do, they kill me," Hayley sighed.

"Well, knowing Klaus, he's planning a box for you the second you give birth to whatever's cooking in your tum. I'm leaving as soon as I find Elijah. Being daggered in a box for decades sucks, trust me. You'd best find a way to break that hex and run," Rebekah said, before turning back up the attic and leaving.

"Well she's a bucket of sunshine," Hayley said. Keira laughed.

"I like you," she said. "You're sassy, a werewolf, can kill vampires, the mother of my brother's child, and you're totally ok with pissing off Original vampires. I mean, I can do three of those things too, but still."

Hayley smiled. "Should I assume you're the nicest one of the Mikaelson's other than Elijah?"

"Probably not. Well, I'm gonna go to the cemetery. I spent a few decades here, I have friends in some of the graves and I haven't seen them in years."

At the cemetery, Keira found Rebekah talking to a brunette girl, with long hair in a ponytail and bangs covering her right arm.

"I can't use magic. It's punishable by death – Marcel's rules," she said.

"Marcel has rules?" Keira said. Rebekah looked up at her. "Who's this?"

"Sophie Deveraux," said the witch. "As I just said- no magic, Marcel would kill me for using it."

"Marcel? What do you think I'm going to do to you if you don't give me what I want?" Rebekah said. "Locate Elijah!"

"What do I think you'd do to me? Not much. I've been linked, so anything you do to me, you do to Hayley," Sophie replied.

"Who?" Rebekah asked. Keira stared condescendingly at her. "Oh, right the mumzy. Well, luckily for you, Elijah seems to care about her, otherwise I'd break your neck right here. How did Marcel get so bloody powerful, anyway? He wasn't like this when I left a hundred years ago."

"Marcel has a way to tell whenever there's magic done in the Quarter. The 'how' isn't relevant," Sophie replied.

Keira scoffed. "I'll tell you what's not bloody relevant – a coven of witches who can't do magic. Here's an idea: move away."
