As Izuku had a pretty nice life everyone respected him and he had a huge Harem one day he came back with Momo and they witnessed everyone in his harem cheating on Izuku he lost it all and ran off with momo following. Izuku never trusted anyone again except for momo his mother younger sister and All might(yes good parents) and also Jirou(she wasn't dating him she was dating someone else) he gave them a chance to try and redeem themselves but with the help of both Momo and Jirou he left UA with them and started a new life with momo
