As Izuku parents died in front of him and hero's did nothing to take the villain who killed them to jail he became a vigilante name red hood. Momo (a.k.a supergirl) tried to catch him for killing fake hero's she heard a devastating story of his past that made her fell bad but also fell in love and became obsessed with him after she finds out that all hero's are not the same.
