After Izuku graduated high school he was selected to go to the army and fight for Japan that was at war with the world with the Allies on their side he was also assigned as a sniper. After he was selected to the army he had to leave a pregnant Momo who was sad that he had to leave but knows that he had to fight for her and the Midoriya family during the course before it happens Momo was already a few months pregnant with her stomach already showing and is expecting a boy.

Their son came after Izuku left to the army since he was pretty much undecided. And both Izuku and Momo loved each other the most during all of school and everyone was happy when they dated ah other they really have no trouble with their relationship they did had their ups and their downs but it wasn't that bad where they broke up or anything they made up a lot of times and mostly Momo was the most scared that she thought he was gonna dump her but wasn't as he is a simp for her as she is the same with him that lead to her getting pregnant but during a party during their 3rd year of high school which she screamed for him to keep going at it. And yes right before he left for the army they gotten married making them Mr. And Mrs. Midoriya (and mostly Momo had already planned herself to take his last name as she seem perfect to it and that was all she could think about as she dated him for years)
