After being betrayed by most of the students which the teachers already know cause they set it up most people believed that Izuku is the traitor. He girl broke up with him his friends turn their backs but there was 2 people who didn't betrayed him and they believe that it was not him. Since Izuku is not needed after the betrayal he went to France to study there but a certain group of people didn't want to stay so they followed him and study abroad to.
