Momo is Izuku childhood friend just like the rest of them Momo and Shoka are the only 2 who didn't bully Izuku and have a huge crush on him and when they know of his quirk they were happy and mostly they were the only 2 with there family who inspired him to keep being a hero even if he was quirkless.
