As Izuku was imprisoned for something Ochako framed him for what he didn't do to her but what she didn't know is that Momo presented Izuku case as Ochako tried to stop her but after she proved that Izuku didn't do it she was mad that she cannot have Izuku money and now had to pay all of the consolations of putting Izuku in prison and luckily for Izuku that his record was clean due to the warden being a lie detector. After Izuku was set free due to Momo he stopped being a hero along with Momo as they became the best couple to run a company.
