When Izuku was misdiagnosed as quirkless he was bullied by friends except for a few and both All might and Inko saw this and gotten mad about it and punished them for what they did and they saw Izuku wounds heal pretty quickly and they sent him to a medical school where he met his lover and from there he leaned in being the medical hero along with his lover when he came back with her most of the girls were jealous including the ones who didn't bully him but they didn't know that she was willing to share with them only because of what he told her.
