Izuku has a huge crush on Momo ever since he first met her and decided to make a love letter and did every thing that a love letter was suppose to have the next day he gather the courage to put it in her locker but what he didn't know is that he completely did the opposite and put a marriage registry with his name and completely put "I'm in love with you please marry me" as Momo saw it she blushed that someone wanted to marry and that someone is Izuku and wanted to talk to him privately and as hey did she accepted his marriage proposal.
