As UA betrayed with only a few people believing him Izuku got taken to the government and experimented on but unfortunately he didn't turn all only thing he lost was his arm and it got replaced by by a metal arm and mostly his mind was altered by them to kill hero's and villains alike that was until one day he met someone who he thought he was about to kill but his mind went back after finding out the truth about himself and how he became like this.
