As all the girls in Ua rejected Izuku after Ochako cheated on him there was only 1 girl who made a difference because she knew from beginning to end of what happened and she was the last girl that Izuku didn't expect and she accepted the moment he got to her which made their life together a miracle. Later after Ochako confessed to what she did due to the girl who threatened her life if she didn't came clean as now all the other girls realize their mistake and now wanting Izuku to be theirs but they were hit with a reality that he told them.

The boys didn't believe in what Ochako said as they asked Izuku for his side to add things up. They also are not gonna be dating the girls due to them being sexist and only believing one side then both and the boys are brothers to Izuku including Aizawa All might Nezu and Present mic. Momo on the other hand didn't believe her as she believes that Ochako is just being a bitch towards him and no one but her and the guys sees it. Also Momo is a sister to the boys and no she's not gonna be a hoe as you can tell her heart only belongs to Izuku and Izuku alone and she was happy as hell when she cheated and Izuku broke up with her.
