This is gonna be a little different from the nurse turned lovers. As Izuku and Momo joined the army on 2 different places they both was assigned to the same division as momo as the medical nurse and Izuku as her soldier. What Izuku does know is that momo has a crush on him despise being in a war and she had took time to tell him but when he got injured (not severely) she had patched him up and just directly told him she felt knowing they were the only 2 in the division left.
