As 4 momo Izuku bakugo and ochako were considered quirkless they were abused and neglected by their family they moved on to a new life in a different country and started their new life and they still wanted to be hero's and they got it.

I will say this I will not be looking at any ideas and I'm not singling anyone out this is overall in general I would want to do this myself if I ask you personally that is a different story but if I see anyone giving me ideas and I didn't ask I will either not pay attention or just delete I promise you that this is hip no one is getting in and no one getting out there's gonna be jealous people and people who are gonna hate in this story because of how good the 4 of them look.
