Hi sorry, I'm not good at stories but I just wanted to have fun with it. (THE COVER IS NOT MINE! credit to @bene_twenty ) The story takes off with Basil and his friends Sunny, Kel, Hero, and Aubrey. Basil had a major crush on Sunny for a long time...
It was morning. Sunny woke up, the sounds of cars and people out of his window at his new city. "Sunny! Come downstairs It is almost time for us to go!" Shouted his Mom. "Right..." Sunny thought to himself "I get to visit The Faraway to see my friends and stay over at Kel and Hero's house". Sunny got off bed, changed into his usual clothing, and packed his other clothing and things into his suitcase for the trip. He saw a hairpin that Basil had given him when they were 12 Sunny took the hairpin and placed it on his dark black hair. He looked into the mirror and softly smiled at the hairpin Sunny took his suitcase then hugged Mewo, his cat. Then he went downstairs and his mom was already waiting for Sunny in the car. Sunny hopped into the car and they drove off to go to the Faraway.
A few hours later Sunny looked out the window and there was Kel's and Hero's house. Sunny's mom got his suitcase and opened the car door for Sunny. He got out and went towards the house Sunny got nervous but knocked on the door. Hero answered the door "Hi there Sunny! Good to see you back here it's been a while huh?" Hero smiled warmly. Sunny just nodded with his neutral face as always then Hero called for Kel to come to see Sunny. Kel ran at his full speed almost falling on his face Kel squeezed Sunny tight (as in hugging lol). "Sunny! I missed you so much!!!" Kel squealed Sunny hugged back "Good to see you Kel.." Hero was holding Sunny's suitcase and said "I'll unpack for you if you don't mind." "I don't mind." Sunny replied. "Hi dimwits," said a familiar voice Sunny looked back and it was Aubrey with Basil! "Sorry we were late, this plant dimwit (Basil) was wasting our time." Aubrey annoyingly said. "H-Hey! I overslept Aubrey!" The blonde boy whined. "You made me rush that I fell and scraped my knee! I didn't even get to brush my hair because you were screaming outside of my window!" Basil complained. Sunny went towards Basil and gave him a bandaid for the scar and straighten his hair out. When Sunny was finished he gave a small smile to Basil. Basil blushed "T-thanks Sunny! I appreciate it.". Aubrey said, "Hey Sunny you grew shorter." Sunny rolled his eyes, smiled, then hugged Aubrey "I miss you too, Aubrey," the black-haired boy said "Get off me please. This is disgusting!" the pink-haired girl demanded. Kel jumped and said group hug! Kel, Basil, and Hero (idk how Hero was there he just teleported :>) got into the group hug
