Chloe sat on her bed as she sat texting mick. She looked to see jack as he walked in and frowned. She saw the look on his face and sighed

"I know what this is about so let's have it?" Chloe said as she placed her phone on the bed as jack looked to her and sighed

He didn't know what to say. His little Chloe had been having sk affair with a married man

"I don't know what to say Chloe. He's a married man and he's old enough to be your father" jack said as Chloe looked to him and sighed

"Believe it or not dad I didn't plan this but it did and I love him. He's getting divorced and he wants us to be happy I know that you don't approve and how you think I'm I am a kid but I'm almost seventeen and I am old enough to know how I feel" she said as jack looked to her and sighed

"I hope your prepared for the backlash of this and you are my daughter and I can see how grown up that you are being in this and as much as I want to shout at you for this I can't. I need to remember how your not a little girl" jack said as Chloe looked to him and smiled

Chloe knew how none of this was going to be easy and she was shocked at how supportive that jack was being but she knew that not everyone would be that way. She knew that a lot of people would have a problem with the age difference and how his family would see her as the one who came between him and Linda

Chloe walked through the square and smiled as she saw Esme who wakes over to her

"You know how many people are talking over you?" Esme asked as Chloe looked to her and nodded

"Yeah the looks day it all. The school girl who had an affair with a married man. He was separated and it was t even like that" Chloe said as Esme looked to her and smiled

"Ignore them they all just like to gossip and they don't understand. This is between you and mick and I know it won't be easy but I can see how grown up that you are being by going public with your relationship" Esme said as Chloe looked to her and smiled

Chloe knew how none of it was going to be easy

Chloe walked into the vic and smiled as she saw mick "hey have you been avoiding me" he asked as she walked over to him and kissed him

"Of course not I had an exam. I have a few more then I'm out of school so you won't be sleeping with a school girl" Chloe said as mick looked to her and smirked

"I don't know I kind of like it keeps me young" he said as she looked to him and smirked as he pulled jet close and kissed her

Chloe felt like all the months of keeping it secret was worth it but she had no idea how everything was going to be turned upside down because of his family
