"The Sun Kingdom?!"

Mocha watched as the duo froze with fear upon knowing where Mocha wanted to go. The sun kingdom, which is known to hate powerless human beings.

People there are known for having abilities of all sorts. It's called the Sun kingdom since it lays in the clearest view of the sun, and it is also surrounded by scorching desserts.

Mocha put her hand inside, before taking it back out. It wasn't an illusion, she can actually get in. Just as she was about to head in, Cupi stopped her.

"Mocha.. are you insane? Don't go in there!" The voice of Cupi warned, spreading her arms to disallow Mocha from moving.

"Why not? I've always wanted to go there!" She happily notes, peeking at the portal from behind Cupi. "It's.. not as fairytale as the stories record it." Kae explains.

Mocha laughs. He can't be serious, why is it mystical in the books then? The books can't be lying. Though should she trust two human transforming cats or an ancient book?

Kae transformed back into his cat form, climbing up Mocha, he rested on her shoulder, before bringing up the obvious. The cat spoke in a spooky manner.

"You're an outsider." Mocha snapped at him, causing Kae to fall onto Cupi's arms. He hissed, knowing how she intends to hurt him.

Cupi looked down at Kae, before looking up to face the other female. Mocha dipped one of her feet in, squealing in happiness.

She turned to wave for them to join her, but the duo stood still, scared to move. Mocha sighed, she took out her hand.

What are they so scared from? If they didn't come, she'll just leave and enter the kingdom alone. She waited for a few seconds.

They didn't move. That was it, she sighed turning to face the portal. If they won't tag along, she'll just go in. As she was about to dip her other leg in so she can walk down the portal, Cupi called.

"Wait - if you're going, take this." Cupi settled over, holding out a charm. She handed it over to Mocha, who looked at it before smiling.

As she was about to take it, she grabbed the two in, they fell down the stairs while hugging eachother for dear life.

They rolled down the stairs, curling into one ball as Kae watched how fast they rolled down, he peeled his eyes to spot a kingdom.

His fur shivered, and so did his skin. They had to get back - right away. After a few seconds, they landed onto the harsh sand.

Mocha picked up her head while scanning the place. Desert. A plain desert. From far away a small figure of a kingdom displayed.

She couldn't believe it. Cupi and Kae fixed themselves before angrily turning to Mocha. "Are you serious?" The other girl smiled.

Kae scratched her palm, hissing again. "You got us to the most dangerous place on earth!" Kae complains. Mocha turns around.

A tree which she believes was never there, has appeared. It's large and suspiciously doesn't have a shadow.

It's covered by a thick layer of leaves, and a book lay beneath it. Mocha walks over to the tree, causing her mates to blink.

Once she gets there, she picks up the book and studies it closely. A spell book? Left alone in the desert, very odd.

Kae and Cupi amuzed pull over to her, looking at the new found book that was abandoned in the forest. She opens it, to find her name there.

"What's this?" She asks, before Kae clears his kitty throat. "Opilus's magic book. Idiot." Kae sulked, walking around.

"WAIT.. OPILOUS' MAGICAL BOOK?!"

Cupi and Kae say in union as they both glue their bodies to her, morphing back into human form. They both were eager for a hot second, before Cupi switches the topic.

Cupi holds out the charm she was going to give Mocha and hands it to her, before walking off with Kae. They turned to leave.

The stairs were gone. They were stuck here, until they activate another portal. Cupi and Kae breathed.

"MOCHA!"

They walked down the desert, heading for the Sun kingdom. Mocha was in the lead. Cupi and Kae were into their cat forms.

They had informed Mocha they will pretend to be cats that don't understand human language, and will ignore her if she talks to them.

The least Mocha could ask for is that they at least be trained cats, which they relucantly accepted, just so they won't get in trouble.

The burning sun battered on them as they walked along the path of sand to reach the so called kingdom of magic - the sun kingdom.

With a book in their hands and two magical cats with knowledge and experience, navigating and passing the kingdom wasn't hard. Right?

They stopped near the gates, hiding behind a few rocks. Mocha was squatting down by a large boulder with Cupi on her shoulder.

Kae sat on the boulder - watching the gates and the guards that were currently patrolling. Cupi read the pages with Mocha.

"I can use magic?" She asked, while Cupi curled her tail around her. "I'm not completely sure yet - although I can continue studying the book."

Mocha nodded, continuing to read the spells she can use and the elements which exist on her planet. Kae soon jumped onto Mocha's head.

"When will we get over this?" He sulked, resting on her hair, while peeking at the book too. "I'm starving." Kae complained as he imagined fish in his head.

"Quit overreacting, Kae." Cupi growled. His snout could be drenched in his imaginary water as he went on and on about fish. Mocha's eyes trailed onto a golden colored word.

"Hey - Cupi, why's this golden?" She wondered, tapping the word 'Tree' Cupi lowered her ears as she looked at the word.

Honestly, you can just say Cupi didn't know why the word was golden. But she wanted to look cool. The cat jumped off her shoulder, landing onto the sand.

The only way to understand the hidden codes behind this book was take it to a Guardian. Without a doubt there has to be some in the kingdom.

Cupi and Kae prepared themselves as Mocha hid the book into her sweater, so that nobody could snatch it while they were inside.

The three stood by the boulder, waiting for the coast to be clear so they can enter safely. Kae and Cupi each sat on a shoulder.

Mocha starts heading to the gate, with the two cats eyeing any person surrounding them, since there may be theifs around.

As they arrived at the gate, the guards suspiciously looked at them, before allowing them to head in. And lord was it beautiful.

The place was decorated with palm trees, colorful white buildings and futurstic items. Cars sprang everywhere and people were all over the place.

Mocha's eyes were wide open, admiring the bueaty of the kingdom. She walked past multiple people to recieve stares on how odd she looked.

Though, she really didn't care, as she was too blinded by the bueaty of the kingdom surrounding her. Kae lowered his head to Mocha's ear.

"We should go find a Guardian. They should be able to help."

WITH ALOT OF MAGIC UPON HER HANDS. HOW CAN MOCHA KEEP IT SAFE?
