Viesta dodged each of their attacks as she tree hopped, trying to get to safety to prepare herself to get rid of the three remaining brats. She took down four, well, Mnemi was still resting so she can continue.

Ugh! These kids! How annoying!

Viesta turned around and shot her locks at Hunter, the one following up with her, while Kyo and Samui kept in the shadows. He dodged, before shooting fire at her, the girl screamed as a small scar formed on her skin.

Kyo and Samui hid in the bushes, as they watched Hunter slow her down using his element. They eyed each other with some plans which the other managed to understand. Samui then eyed her in some random way, which Kyo shrugged at.

Kyo tilted her head, before she felt something fall on her. She quickly moved to the side, as she was staring at Hunter, who had a large injury on his cheek. Kyo jumped out, seeing Viesta run off.

"SHE'S ESCAPING!" Kyo yelled, rushing after her, followed by Samui and Hunter. Kyo morphed into a cat to speed up herself, Samui then released sound waves at Viesta, knocking her down on the ground.

Viesta sat up, and turned to them, pointing her locks at them. Hundreds of thick locks dashed at them, startling the group. They'd be too slow to dodge, Kyo shut her eyes tightly, as she stopped, hiding behind her tail.

Samui and Hunter also paused, standing in their place as they prepared for their death. Hunter was frightened, while Samui remained calm. The duo also followed by closing their eyes, so they wouldn't have to see it happen.

Though, nothing came. Kyo opened one eye, seeing the locks falling on the ground, one after the other.  confused, they saw Viesta's body standing there, staring at the ground, a hand through her forehead.

The hand raised itself and tore off her head, leading rivers of blood pounding against the ground, and eventually reaching the trio in the back.

Mnemi took her arm out of Viesta's head, before tearing her head apart using her sleeved arms, and tossing the torn pieces aside, she kicked Viesta's body to the side, as she walked up to them. 

"She's gone. I made sure." Mnemi assured them, as Kyo sat up, morphing back into a human. Tears pricked her eyes, and she ran up to Mnemi, squealing as she hugged her. Mnemi's serious face became an excited one, happy about their victory.

"We... killed her!" Hunter beamed, raising his arms up as he happily laughed, followed by Samui who was relieved that Mnemi was alright. Hayen then jumped down, applauding them for their good work.

"I hope the orb lasts for nine days." He beamed, as Mnemi raised an eyebrow at his remark. "He's bound to someone." Kyo said, as Mnemi did an 'o' face. They then turned around to leave.

"We should go back to Kusago." Kyo said, as Hunter agreed. The team headed back in the direction of Kusago's cabin, enjoying their victory while it lasted.

Tanai watched from afar as the group left, his eyes glaring at them. He then turned around, and glanced at another male, who had blue skin, blue eyes and blue hair. He had two antennae sticking from his head, and wore a blue kimono with river-themed designs all over, and just tabi socks.

"What happened, Tanai?" The voice spoke softly, as he glanced up at Tanai, who just simply walked back to where the base was, followed by the blue banshee, they had the writings of (20) on their left cheek.

"Viesta's gone, they killed her." He said, as the blue haired frowned, looking back. "Shouldn't we go after them then?" He asked, before glancing back at Tanai. "No, Suishi, we'll get rid of them when they get better, see, we wan't a good fight, don't we? It'll be boring if just win immediately." He explained, as Suishi nodded.

Kusago had wrapped Mocha's broken arm in bandades, gave her new clothes (which were too big for her, be she gratefully thanked him) and took care of her. Mocha was busy talking to Kusago about the tree they came looking for.

"Tree of secrets?" Kusago repeated after Mocha, who nodded.  Kusago rubbed his chin, thinking for a moment. "I don't think I heard of it, sorry." He apologized, as Frea landed on his head, resting its head on his head.

"It's somewhere here in the valley, where we won't know." Mocha explained, taking out the book which was kept in her shirt the entire fight. She flipped through the pages, before turning the book to Kusago.

The male observed closely, reading the text and looking at the imagery. "I see. I have no idea where a magical tree would be though, this valley is big, and it's dangerous," He explained, pointing at Mocha's arm.

"Right, it's my fault. I lead all of them to this danger." She said, looking down. Kusago rubbed her head, in a comforting manner. "Hopefully they'll be alright," he said, as Mocha flashed him a weak smile, in which he returned.

The door was knocked on, and Frea immediately hid, as Kusago opened the door, to see the group smiling and waving. They headed inside, smiling. Kyo then took something out from her pocket and tossed it to Mocha.

"Hey, you dropped this by the way!" Kyo said. Mocha held it, looking at the item. It was the pink gem Kyo had given her the first day they were here, it was also the one that saved the both of them.

"Oh! Man, I forgot I had it, I would've used it to save us." Mocha groaned, as she slipped it into the pocket, before turning to the others. "You guys won?" She guessed, raising an eyebrow, in which Hunter agreed to, holding his thumbs up.

"Say, Kusago, when will you remove the stone from Frea?" Mnemi asked, sitting down by the two, as the others were silently talking amongst themselves by the door after Hayen went in. Kyo closed the door.

"A stone is removed once a phoenix reaches of maturity age. Until then, I must care for her." Kusago said, as Frea came out of her hiding spot, landing on his shoulder, she looked at the new additions to the house.

"Stay over for the night. You're all too tired and need to rest. Let me tend to your wounds as well." he said, as he pointed at the stairs in the back of the cabin.
