Chapter 37

-;-Seth's POV-;-

"Sethy! Sethy wake up!" Jake And Jackie jumped onto my bed.

I woke up immediately and when I saw my siblings I smiled. They were eight now, so it did sorta hurt when they jumped on me.

"Goodmorning. Where's mom?"

"She had to go to the supermarket. Then when she's done we get to have a playdate with Louise and Landon." Jake explained.

Louise and Landon were the other twins on the block and often when my mom and I had plans the twins stayed over at their house.

"Cool. I'm gonna take a shower now. You guys can play the Wii in here while I take one." I said.

"Can we play that gun game that goes BOOM BOOm?!" Jackie asked.

I chuckled, "No, but you can play the sports game."

I took a quick shower, taking my time because more time in the shower meant less time thinking about Nate and Stacey. I didn't know they had a thing. I felt a pang of jealousy as I replayed the night in my head. I got out of the shower and walked out with a towel wrapped around myself.

Jake wasn't in the room when I came back out.

"Jackie, where's Jake?" I asked.

"Answering the door. I don't know who it was." She said while playing swordplay on Wii Sports.

All of a sudden a high pit he'd voice came up from the stairs.

"SETHY!!" Only one person called me that besides Jackie and Jake. Kelly.

"In my room!"

I grabbed some blue jeans and a shirt and quickly pulled them on before she came up. She waltzed in in a tight black miniskirt and a white tank top. I noticed that she had ditched her cast completely. What the hell?

Anyways, needless to say, it showed a lot of skin. Jackie snorted in disgust from across the room. Jackie was only 8, but she knew how how to voice her thoughts.

If there was one thing she hated, then it was skirts. Which meant she hated Kelly.

Kelly raised an eyebrow at her then kissed me on the cheek.

"Get a room!" Jake muttered as he walked in.

Kelly looked me up and down.

"Are you wearing that to my party to tonight?"

"No, Kelly. I plan on changing."

"I just wanted to remind you that the party is red carpet themed. It's at my house, 8 o'clock sharp."

"Yeah ok. What happened to your cast?"

"It was just a sprain, I can't wear that with my dress so I just took the cast off. I got a massage that's supposed to help it."

"Yeah right. I hope it hurts more." Jackie said.

Kelly gave her a death glare and turned back to me. I surpressed a laugh.

"Oh, ok. Well I gotta take care of the twins and my mom doesn't know your here so.."

"Oh come on baby. Lets hang out some more." She draped her arms around my head.

"Sorry, but I need to do stuff before your party. Like science homework." I said.

"Fine, I'll see you tonight." She turned around and left.
