Moving On- The Epilogue

-2 summers later-

-;-Stacey's POV-;-

"Fix her train! Fix her veil!" Everyone was shouting orders all around me.

"The wedding starts in less than an hour we have to hurry up everyone!" Someone yelled and everyone started gathering up everything.

It wasn't even my wedding day and I was stressed.

"Can you all give me and Stacey some privacy please?" Kat asked.

They all nodded and went out to the limo.

I turned to Kat.

"You look beautiful." I told her.

"Thank you so much. I'm so nervous.."

"Don't be. Drew loves you and you love him. I'm excited for him to be my dad."

We both smiled at each other and started to tear up.

"No crying. We'll mess up our makeup and the lady will murder us." I said and we both laughed.

We both wiped each others tears and hurried outside.

When we arrived at the chapel, everyone was waiting for the bride. I was nervous because this was the first time I would meet my grandparents since I was a baby.

All the groomsmen were waiting for all the bridesmaids and we all paired up. Widmaier was paired with someone named Deniz. Vanny with Kevin. Angie with Justin. Brunie with Jack. And of course, I was with Seth. We looped arms and got into our order to walk in. We were right behind Kat and her father.

We heard the music start and we walked in and the ceremony started.

"The bride and groom have both made their own vows. The groom will start."

Drew took a breath and took both of Kat's hands.

"Kat, I've known you since we were little children and I've loved you ever since. Of course it took you long enough to notice.."

Everyone laughed.

"..but I'm glad you finally did. I love you."

Kat was already crying by the end and Drew wiped one of her tears away.

"Drew, I love you so much and you know that already. And if you don't, then you have a problem..."

Everyone laughed again.

"...and it did take me awhile to notice my feelings for you. Of course a little girl named Stacey helped me realize this. And I'm glad she did. I love you and I really did marry my best friend." Her voice cracked on the last word and she cried again.

....."And with that do you, Drew, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do." Drew said.

"And do you, Kat, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do."

They both put on each others rings.

"I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss your bride."

The whole chapel stood up and clapped as Kat and Drew kissed. They walked out and everyone took pictures and headed to the reception.

At the reception, everyone said their speeches and wished the newly wedded couple the best of luck. Now it was time for the first dance.

Seth got his guitar and we both got onstage

"Ok everybody please take a seat and clear the floor for the first dance." I said and everyone clapped.

Kat and Drew made their way to the dancefloor.

I looked at Seth and he started playing.

I had been so into the song I hadn't noticed that Seth had stopped playing his guitar and had started singing.. He took my hand and guided me onto the floor as I kept singing. Everyone was dancing now and Seth and I were both holding each others free hands and swaying as we sang.

They don't know how long it takes

Everyone clapped and in the night sky a helicopter had spelled out Just Married and fireworks shot around the words.

"Best of luck to the happy couple!" Someone yelled.

Another slow song came on and Seth and I swayed to the music. I looked up and my mom turned to me. She smiled at me and Seth and went back to dancing with Drew.

I looked up at Seth as we danced and he was looking down at me. Another firework shot into the sky.

"I love you." Seth said.

He leant down and kissed me.
