Chapter 12-Norenmin Plays Matchmaker Against Their Will.

Jaemin was sitting at his desk trying to fill out some reports for Taeyong that were due last week. Jeno played games on his phone, and Renjun worked on a sketch. The three were doing their own things in their room when Jisung came crashing in. All three of their heads snapped up at the noise being made. For a while, Jisung was an excellent junior agent; he was also very clumsy. To this day, Jaemin can't fathom someone so graceful and agile in the field yet so awkward and disastrous in their everyday life as his little brother is. Nevertheless, he loves his baby brother very much and would do anything for him. Even if he does believe that the younger can be pretty dramatic when he wants to be.

As soon as the younger had crashed through their door, he made a straight b-line to his older brother. And before Jaemin knew it, he had a lap full of baby alpha. He couldn't help but groan at the impact as Jisung accidentally knocked him in the stomach with an elbow. The others didn't know that Jaemin wasn't feeling that great. He had woken up with a migraine that morning and really hadn't been feeling the vibe, so the speak. His head hurt, and he was really nauseous as well. It was why he sat quietly at his desk filling out reports for Taeyong when he usually hung all over someone. He just didn't feel up to it at the moment. So when Jisung nailed him in the stomach with his elbow, it sent his already queasy stomach to his throat. It was all he could do to resist not throwing up on his baby brother right then and there. He just hoped that whatever Jisung was freaking out about was something serious.

Before Jaemin could even get out a question on what was wrong, Jisung cut him off. "I think I'm in love with Chenle!" The maknae said. Jaemin sighed and internally rolled his eyes to the back of his head. Really? Really Sungie? Your best friend has been in love with you since you were like 12, and you have reciprocated those feelings for years now at this point. And he was just now realizing it? God, he really was his younger brother, wasn't he?

"What are you talking about, Jisung-ah?" Jeno asked as he looked up from his phone. He walked over and patted the younger alpha on the head. And Jaemin couldn't help but coo at the action a bit. He was so lucky to be mated to an alpha like Jeno. Jisung squirmed in the omega's lap but moved more carefully to avoid accidentally hurting his brother. He turned to look at the older alpha, and Jaemin could see how freaked out his baby brother was- his heart went out to him on that. Even if Jisung did get on his nerves, sometimes he was his little brother, and he loved him dearly. He hated it when the younger was upset, same with Sungchan and even Jaehyun, who is older than him.

"I'm in love with Chenle!" Jisung repeated. "I think." He added softly afterward. And that was when Renjun snorted and accidentally alerted the younger to his presence. Jisung whipped his head around so fast that Jaemin thought he would get whiplash. Jisung stared at Renjun wide-eyed, and Jaemin could see how pale the younger was becoming. Before he knew it, Jisung had jumped out of his lap and bounded across the room to drop his knees in front of Renjun.

"Please forget what I said, Hyung!" Jisung begged him. "Don't tell Chenle, Please!" Jisung said. "I'm begging you!" He added. Then he dropped into a proper bow and started kissing the elder's feet. Jaemin and Jeno were hanging out in the background, trying not to laugh while Renjun contemplated murder.

"Jisung-ah," Renjun called. "Look at me." He said. And hesitantly, the younger alpha looked up to the beta. And it was pretty obvious to tell that he was freaking out. Jaemin felt terrible for him at the moment. "You have nothing to worry about." The beta told him. And you could clearly see the confusion on the younger's face.

"What are you talking about, Hyung?" Jisung asked him. "I don't understand." He said. Renjun just looked at him like he was an idiot. And Jaemin had to hold back his laughter at how absurd the whole thing was. This was when Jeno subtly picked Jaemin up, moved to sit in the omega's seat, and placed his mate on his lap. Jaemin would not lie and say that the movement did not upset his already unhappy stomach. Still, he liked that he could snuggle up to the alpha.
