"Oh, I see you made it," Miss Smith glared at Alina as she stepped to the side to let Alina walk into the mansion. "I will go let Mr. Morgan know."
"Thank you," Alina said as she remained where she stood.
A few minutes later Miss Smith came back, "this way, Miss Medina."
"Yes, Ma'am," Alina said as she followed her down a hallway. They stopped in front of a door and Miss Smith knocked.
"Come in," Alina heard Victor Morgan's voice call out.
"Miss Medina is here, Sir," Miss Smith said as she opened the door. "Your bus is just about finished being set up, your hotels are already reserved as per your requests, and if that is all, I have a few more minor details to go finalized."
"That's fine, thank you," Victor said as Alina remained by the door. Miss Smith left after casting a disapproving look to Alina. "Please come in, Miss Medina. I need to introduce you to my family, they are unfortunately not able to travel with us this time but they will visit when they are able."
"You can call me Alina, Sir," she said as she took a few steps into the room. There were nine men at the table and she only recognized two of them. "Hello Mr. Morgan, Mr. Blackbourne."
"Hello," They said in unison.
"Please, call me Victor," he said as he stood. "You already know Owen, this is Dr. Sean Green," he said as he put his hands on the shoulders of the man with blonde hair and bright green eyes. "This is Silas Korba," he said as he stood behind the man wearing a dark blue shirt with dark brown eyes and black hair. "This is Nathan Griffin," he said as he patted the shoulders of the man with red hair and blue eyes. "This is Luke Taylor," He smiled as the man that had blonde hair and brown mischievous eyes smirked at her. "This is North Taylor," Victor said as he stood behind the man dressed in all black and held dark eyes and dark brown almost black hair. "This is Gabriel Coleman," he said as he patted the shoulders of the man dressed in an orange shirt. He had had sparkling blue eyes and brown hairs with two blonde streaks in the front. He also had multiple earrings in each ear. "You will have to excuse his foul mouth, he can be quite vulgar at times but thankfully he has toned it down since Melisma has arrived." She nodded and he stepped to the next man. "And this is Kota Lee," he smiled at the man that wore glasses similar to Owen Blackbourne. He had green eyes and deep brown hair. "That is everyone. Everyone, this is Alina Medina, our nanny for Melisma."
"Hello," she spoke softly. "I will try my best to remember all your names, please forgive me until I learn."
"DADDY!" A little girl with brown hair in pigtails came bursting through the door and clung to Victor's legs. "Daddy!"
"Hey Little One," He smiled as he picked her up and straightened her pink dress as he held her better.
"I go wif you?" she asked, her brown eyes sparkling in excitement.
"Yes, you will get to go with me this time," he nodded, "and we will have a friend come with us." He shifted her and looked at Alina. "This is Alina Medina, she will be helping me take care of you while I perform for everyone."
"Hello," Melisma smiled at her.
"Hello," Alina beamed at her while waving slightly. The guys noticed that she looked more relaxed while speaking to their daughter.
"Alina?" She frowned as she said it and Alina smiled fondly.
"Yes, it is Slavic and means bright and beautiful. You can call me Ali if you want."
"What Savic?" Melisma asked.
"Slavic is a language from a group of people from Europe. They include people from countries like Russia, Greece, Czech, Croatia, Poland, Ukraine, and all sorts of other countries. It's just another language like Greek, Japanese, French, Spanish, Russian, like that. Don't worry, I won't speak it around you if you don't want me to."
"Daddies talk wots talk too," Melisma smiled and Alina looked at her amazed.
"Really?" She asked intrigued.
"I think she forgot we are here," Luke whispered to North who just nodded as he continued to watch.
Victor chuckled, "Yes, a few of us do, Sean and Owen speak Japanese, North and Silas speak Greek, Gabe speaks French while North also speaks German. Both Luke and Gabe use sign language."
"Fascinating, Sir," Alina nodded.
"I show my room, Daddy?" Melisma asked and Victor nodded.
"Sure Little One, why don't the two of you go become better friends?" He asked softly as he sat her down. "Oh, Alina?"
She looked up, "Yes Sir?"
"Do you have everything packed for tomorrow?" He asked. "We need to leave by six in the morning."
"Yes Sir," she nodded as she ran her hand down her light silver shirt and dark blue jeans. "I am ready."
"Okay," he nodded as Melisma took her hand and led her out of the room. Once the door was shut Owen spun his chair and hit a button, a hidden TV emerged and powered on, showing their daughter's room. "So what do you think?" Victor asked as they watched her follow Melisma around her room.
Melisma grabbed a book and Alina sat on furry rug while Melisma sat in her lap. "The Elephant Tree," Alina's voice entered the room. They listened as she began to read the book, her finger following the words so Melisma could follow along.
Luke smiled, "I like her."
North just grunted while Silas watched, "She is something. You will have to keep us informed."
